This 1990 Mercedes-Benz 250D shows an initial purchase when new by a Mercedes-Benz employee as their company car and is now located out of Kaçanik, Kosovo. Finished in Mesa Red (585) over Beige Leather (275), power is provided by a turbodiesel OM606 3.0-liter inline-6 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission swapped from a 1998 E300TD W210. The car was fully disassembled and refurbished between 2023-2024. Features include a power sliding and tilting sunroof, front power windows, rear crank windows, original tapedeck, automatic climate control with air conditioning, rear window sunshade, and cruise control. Upgrades include Aero I Monoblocks, a Gen II AMG body kit, and an AMG ducktail spoiler. The seller notes most parts have been replaced or serviced upon the rotisserie restoration of the car which was completed in 2024. This W124 is now offered out of Kaçanik, Kosovo with 404k kilometers (251k miles) on the odometer and a Kosovian title. 

The car was originally finished in Smoke Silver Metallic and has been refinished in Mesa Red (585) upon refurbishment in 2023-2024. A Gen II AMG bodykit consisting of both front and rear bumpers, side skirts, and ducktail spoiler has been installed along with a 1994-1995 facelift front end. The exterior features clear corner markers, fog lights, a tilt and sliding sunroof, and a power antenna. The car still retains its slotted diesel front fender. Chrome accents can be seen around the beltline of the car with the anodized metal around the windshield and rear glass painted black. The repaint was in totality including the undercarriage, engine bay, and in the tub of the chassis while the car was fully disassembled. A Remus exhaust is fitted with twin polished outlets at the rear. 

Silver 17″ Aero I Monoblocks wheels wear 225/45 Sunny Sport Macro tires up front and 245/40 Excelon Performance UHP tires in the rear. The wheels have been refinished in silver with polished lips. Braking is provided by upgraded W210 brakes including the calipers, rotors, and ABS system. A full size spare is located beneath the trunk floor. Pictures show a full subframe refresh was performed before being installed back into the car. 

The cabin is trimmed in Beige Leather (275) across the seats and door cards. The front seats are heated and recently upholstered with W210 style buttons in the dashwood. Burl walnut wood trim accents the center console and dashboard which show in good shape. Amenities include automatic climate control carried over from the W210 donor car down to the A/C panel, power front windows with crank rear, W210 cruise control, power rear window shade, and an original head unit. The A/C is reported to be fully functional. A locking glovebox is in the dashboard with a secondary storage compartment under the reupholstered arm rest. A five-speed shiftgate lifted from a W210 is spotted on the center console with a leather W210 shift knob. AMG logo floor mats are noted at the front. The headliner was also recently redone during the restoration. 

The black steering wheel houses a driver’s airbag and frames a 260km/h speedometer which was lifted from the W210 and includes a 6k-rpm tachometer with a digital inset clock and auxiliary gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The seller notes the car has 485k kilometers on the chassis, while the drivetrain and odometer show 404k kilometers (251k miles).

Power is provided by a turbodiesel 3.0-liter DOHC OM606 inline-6 which was swapped from a W210. The engine was factory rated at 177 horsepower and 244 lb-ft of torque when new. A 722.6 5-speed automatic transmission from the W210 donor car sends power to the rear wheels and also features ASR. Also carried over is the complete climate control system, computers, modules, heater system, and electronics with the battery having been moved to the trunk. A custom downpipe has been fitted to the rear of the turbo. Also moved over is the ABS and fuse box.
