This 1994 Mercedes-Benz S320 shows first registration in Pennsylvania in July 1994 before moving to Massachusetts in 2007 where it has remained through 2026. Finished in Beryl Metallic (888) over Beige Leather (265), power is provided by a naturally aspirated 3.2-liter inline-six paired with a five-speed automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. Equipment includes a power sunroof, power-adjustable front seats with memory, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, and soft-close doors and trunk. Modifications include H&R lowering springs, later W140 wheels, and a Pioneer head unit. The car shows 155,728 miles, and recent maintenance includes replacement of a transmission solenoid and a transmission fluid change in October 2026. This S320 is now offered by a representative on behalf of the owner in Brooklyn, New York with one key, manufacturer’s literature, tools, a first-aid kit, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Massachusetts title in the owner’s name.
The exterior is finished in Beryl Metallic (888) with contrasting lower cladding and chrome trim along the bumpers, beltline, and window surrounds. Exterior equipment includes a power-operated sliding and tilting sunroof, an upright hood ornament, and a heated rear window. The seller reports no paintwork or body repairs. Paint imperfections on the roof, rock chips, and other cosmetic wear are shown in the gallery. Surface corrosion is reported underneath, and minor corrosion is also visible around the battery mounting area in the trunk.
Later OEM W140 16-inch alloy wheels feature painted faces and machined lips and wear 225/60 Evoluxx tires with 2026 date codes. H&R lowering springs provide a lower ride height. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs with ABS, and close-up photographs of the wheels and tires are included in the gallery.
The cabin is upholstered in Beige Leather (265) with matching door inserts and carpeting, a contrasting dark upper dashboard, and wood veneer across the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Equipment includes power-adjustable front seats with memory, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, a power-adjustable steering column, and soft-close doors and trunk. A Pioneer head unit replaces the factory radio. Wear is visible on the driver’s seat, and additional interior details are documented in the photographs. The seller reports the equipment to be functional.
The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel economy. The digital odometer is reported to show 155,728 miles.
The naturally aspirated 3.2-liter M104 inline-six sends power to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission. A transmission solenoid was replaced and the transmission fluid changed in October 2026. The owner has performed routine oil changes, and service documentation is limited. Earlier Carfax entries document replacement of the drive belt, timing-cover gasket, and oil-level sensor in 2001, along with brake servicing and oil changes during prior ownership. Engine-bay photographs are provided in the gallery.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage, five owners, and 11 service-history records. Registration history is recorded in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, with the most recent ownership entry dated July 2021. The last reported mileage was 151,246 in July 2021, and an August 2026 service visit is also listed. The sale includes one key, manufacturer’s literature, tools, and a first-aid kit, along with a clean Massachusetts title in the owner’s name.
Beryl Metallic is the kind of color that makes you stop when you see it. Rarely seen on a W140, it brings out details that can disappear...including the sheer size. Paired with Beige leather, it gives this S320 a distinctly period appearance, while the later factory wheels and H&R springs bring the stance down without abandoning the original design. This example has cosmetic needs but it also offers an unusual factory color combination, recent transmission attention, and the substantial cabin that continues to draw enthusiasts to these cars. We’d be inclined to swap the wheels, keep the stance, and enjoy seeing Beryl Metallic out in the sunlight. The car may not be too exotic but that color sure is.
