The C43 is differentiated from the standard W202 with AMG-specific front and rear bumpers and side skirts. This example is finished in Black (040) and additional exterior features include a glass sunroof, factory smoked tail lights, lower front fog lights, and AMG-stamped chrome exhaust outlets. The seller notes the rear bumper was repainted to correct scratches and the hood and front bumper were repainted due to rock chips. A minor accident reported in 2020 did not require paint work. Paint meter readings are viewable in the gallery.
The August 2022 Carfax report shows the aforementioned minor accident reported in 2020 and linear mileage updates since new. This C43 is offered with manufacturer’s literature, recent service records, and a clean South Carolina title in the seller’s name.
Videos below show a walk around, interior tour, interior functions, cold start, and driving footage of the car.

The way I grew up around cars, its service records and all prior documentation are part of the car, not part of the selling price of the car. I don't get it. Good luck with the auction. I've owned 2 of these, both low mileage, currently have a '99 in the garage with less mileage than this. With the proper maintenance they last forever. Fun cars indeed.
Couple hours left here so GLWA to all bidders.

@derekbrowns I would like from you to post the pictures of the car at the accident if that is not true. Nothing here to lose stand by your comment
@MBsMBz yes he is
Just to clarify here, @derekbrowns , are you the previous owner?

I've never seen anyone get so worked up about some records haha. Print the images if you want them that bad. Looks like a great example of a C43 and the black on black combo is sharp! GLWA!
@malek There is only one reason why I have a folder full of stuff for a car I don't own and why you don't. Because you passed on it to save money. There is nothing shameful about that but I guess you won't be truthful about it because you already lied in your comments. You seem to just make stuff up to have an answer. Same as your story about the accident. That's not what happened but of course you wouldn't know. I have moved on from my transaction with you please stop mentioning me in your stories. https://d.img.vision/dkbnet/76C11627-2765-4B5B-96BF-2DB323EFC518.png

Photos of prior service records and a VMI have been added to the gallery. Thank you.
@Rocketv8 I just double checked with the prior owner (he's the one who purchased the car on bringatrailer) and he doesn't have those physical copies. So as far as paper receipts I only have the ones during my ownership and prior are just picture copies. Edit: To clarify, the prior owner is demanding I send him money in order for him to release any prior docs he has for the car. I originally did not want to disclose that for his sake but the issue has been pressed. If the new owner would like to pursue them I am happy to pass along their information. Thanks
@malek I already saw those records on that auction. That's what made me ask about them. All you had to do is say that you don't have them. A potential owner of a car like this would be interested in the documents that came with it. Documents that you apparently don't have even though they exist.. GLWTA
@Rocketv8 Yes, no offense meant. I appreciate the questions and hope the prior docs will be uploaded soon
"Probably just a spectator" .... decided to edit that? Probably for the best.
@Rocketv8 I'm uploading the prior records and VMI from the bringatrailer listing here. These are the only records that exist prior to my ownership but I don't have physical copies of them. Hope that helps, thanks
@malek So documentation before your ownership and damage pictures DO exist however you cannot provide either? Are you also deciding who is going to bid on your car and who isn't? I noticed that you turned down more money than this car sold for before the accident. I'm trying to get enough information to decide what it is worth to me unless you are not interested in my potential bid.
@Rocketv8 you are more than welcomed to come check the car and take it to any mercedes dealership for inspection. Good luck If you are bidder
@Rocketv8 I don't have previous documents in hand but they are all available online on bring a trailer where this car was purchased. The accident didn't cause any damage the previous owner had pics for it. A lady backed into the car in a parking lot.
This car came up on classic.com and prior auction showed Mercedes service records for years. Do you have documentation before your ownership and are there any pictures of the damage or documentation from the accident?
I've been waiting for a nice low mileage C43 to pop up. Let's see how this goes...

@cavanok the damage on the front bumper was very minor didn't need painting. The bumper was painted before the accident. I replaced the suspension because I was hearing squeaks and it's not that costly so I did 4 sides.
$2,202 bid placed by @cavanok
Just curious on the minor damage in the carfax, ever hear from the prior owner what it was? Anything specific prompt the suspension refresh? Thx
