This 2005 Mercedes-Benz E320 Sport was sold new by Jimmy Jackson Automotive in Macon, Georgia where it remained until 2021. The car then relocated to Maryland and spent a brief time in New Jersey in 2024 before being acquired by the selling dealer this year. Finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) over Gray MB-Tex (138), power is provided by a naturally aspirated 3.2-liter M112 V6 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. This W211 was special-ordered with a rare and desirable combination of factory equipment including the AMG Styling Package, staggered 18” AMG wheels, sport suspension, a wood and leather steering wheel, power glass sunroof, rear door sunblinds, and a power rear sunshade. The factory COMAND unit has since been replaced by a Pioneer multimedia head unit with an integrated rearview camera. The odometer currently shows 80,965 miles. Notable listed service includes replacement of the valve cover gaskets and power steering components in 2024, followed by alternator and battery replacement in 2025. The selling dealer also reports an oil change performed in August 2026 in preparation for the sale. This E320 Sport is now offered with a factory spare wheel, clean Carfax report, and a clean Montana title.
The body is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) and wears the factory AMG Styling Package, which adds scuplted AMG bumper covers, extended side skirts, and AMG exhaust tips. Additional exterior equipment includes a power tilt/slide glass sunroof, auto-dimming mirrors, and a heated windshield washer system. The exterior presents well overall, with minor age-related imperfections throughout as seen in the photos. A deeper scratch with paint damage is visible on the right side of the rear bumper, while an additional scratch is present below the left taillight. Smaller paint chips are noted on the driver-side rear door, passenger-side mirror, above the right-rear door handle, hood, and front bumper. The driver-side front splitter also shows some paint cracking.
Factory staggered 18” AMG spoke wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport All Season tires measuring 245/40 up front and 265/40 in the rear, with late-2020 date codes all around. Moderate curb rash and finish wear are present on all four wheels. Factory braking equipment consists of four-piston front and two-piston rear calipers, while the Sport Package adds factory lowered sport suspension. Carfax records show a brake fluid flush in 2012, brake inspections in 2021 and 2024, and a steering/suspension inspection in 2024.
The cabin is trimmed in Gray MB-Tex (138) with burl wood trim accenting the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Factory amenities include power-adjustable front seats with memory, automatic climate control, a power glass sunroof, rear door sunblinds, an electric rear roller blind, a CD changer, and a premium harman/kardon sound system. In place of the original COMAND unit, a Pioneer multimedia head unit with a rearview camera has been installed, although the seller notes the radio has recently stopped working. The interior presents in very good condition for its age, with minimal visible wear to the seating surfaces and only minor discoloration noted on the rear passenger-side carpeting.
The wood and leather multifunction steering wheel fronts a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. Sport Package cars feature contrasting light-colored gauge faces, while a configurable central display provides additional vehicle information. The digital odometer currently indicates 80,965 miles.
Power is provided by a naturally aspirated 3.2-liter M112 V6 rated at 221 horsepower and 232 lb-ft of torque when new. A five-speed 722.6 automatic transmission sends power to the rear wheels. Carfax records show the valve cover gaskets and battery were replaced at 76,531 miles in August 2024. The following month, the power steering pump and seals were replaced along with a power steering fluid flush and steering/suspension inspection. More recent service includes an alternator replacement in April 2025, followed by a battery replacement and engine oil and filter service the following month. The selling dealer reports an additional oil change performed on August 12, 2026 in preparation for the sale.
The Carfax report shows 20 service history records, four previous owners, and registration history in Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, and Montana. Linear mileage updates are shown with no accident or damage reports. The first two owners kept the car in Georgia, where it remained until 2021 before later registrations in Maryland and New Jersey.

Now this is how you spec out your daily from the factory! While most V6 examples were ordered as straightforward luxury sedans, this one was special-ordered with the AMG Styling Package, staggered 18” AMG wheels, lowered sport suspension, and a wood and leather steering wheel. Together, those options give it much of the visual attitude of its V8 siblings while retaining the approachable and well-regarded M112 V6. Rear door shades and a power rear sunshade add a welcome touch of S-Class luxury, helping make the cabin a comfortable place to spend serious time. The W211 has long been a favorite among Mercedes enthusiasts for combining that old-school, solid Benz feel with modern usability. This E320 adds an especially appealing specification to the mix. More broadly, the W211 remains such a compelling all-rounder because it balances long-distance refinement with everyday usability and the kind of solidity that still feels distinctly Mercedes years later. With just under 81k miles, an accident-free Carfax, and good recent maintenance, this example captures that appeal especially well.
