This 2006 Mercedes-Benz C230 Sport was ordered new via the European Delivery Program by the selling family. It was ordered from a US dealer as a US specifications vehicle and delivered at the Mercedes-Benz factory in Sindelfingen, Germany in August, 2005. It was then driven through southern Bavaria, Lichtenstein and Switzerland before being left at the Geneva Airport for shipping to Texas. Finished in Black (040) over Black MB-Tex (111A), power is provided by a 2.5-liter V6 paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes sport suspension, the Sport package featuring AMG bodywork, 17″ alloy wheels, power-adjustable front sport seats, rear passenger door airbags, automatic climate control, bi-xenon headlights, and aluminum interior trim. The included Carfax report shows 57 service records with nearly all MB dealer service since new. The car is now offered by the original owning family in Fort Worth, TX with original literature, the window sticker, service records from new, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Texas title.
The body is finished in Black (040) and features the Sport styling package with an AMG front bumper, rear bumper, side skirts, trunk spoiler, and single exhaust outlet. Equipment includes factory blue tinted heat-insulating glass, bi-xenon headlights, and heated headlamp washers. The seller notes the paint to be in good condition and the included Carfax report shows a clean history. The seller notes the rear driverside door was previously repainted by Park Place Mercedes' Bodywerks shop in West Fort Worth as a result of road debris which whiplashed onto the door.
Staggered 17″ five-spoke alloy wheels wear Continental Control Contact tires measuring 225/45 in the front and 245/40 in the rear. Date codes show 2021 up front and 2023 in the rear. The wheels show some imperfections in the finish from normal use. The car is equipped with sport suspension which includes stiffer springs, larger sway bars, and sport shocks. Braking is handled by four wheel disc brakes with cross-drilled front rotors.
The cabin features seating trimmed in Black MB-Tex (111A) joined by a matching black dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Aluminum Sport trim accents the door panels and center console. Amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, rain-sensing wipers, auto-dimming mirrors, full power-adjustable driver seat with memory settings, and a power-adjustable backrest on the passenger side. The car was ordered with rear passenger door airbags and the front seats feature real leather inserts. The seller notes the headliner has begun to sag in the rear corners. All-weather OEM Mercedes floor mats used in Germany are installed for extra durability and protection. The original carpet floormats have never been used and will also be included along with another spare OEM rubber set.
The multi-function sport steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. A multi-function display is centered in the cluster and the six-digit digital odometer shows just over 162k miles, all of which have been added by the selling family.
The 2.5-liter M272 V6 was factory rated at 201 horsepower and 181 lb-ft of torque. Power is transferred to the rear wheels through a seven-speed automatic transmission. The included Carfax report shows 57 service records and with primarily all Mercedes-Benz dealer services. An oil change was last performed in February 2025 and the seller will include paper records since new.
The provided Carfax report shows linear mileage updates since new and a clean history with two owners noted, both of the same family when the car was passed down. Included in the sale are service records since new, original manucturer's literature, the window sticker, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Texas title.

Other facts about this car: I'm a car nut, so I always parked far away from other cars or on corner spots to avoid door dings. Service was always conducted at Park Place Mercedes Fort Worth or Grapevine (now Avondale) Air conditioning works great Steering is sports suspension, so it's nice and tight on the road and suspension is great with the replaced struts. No rust anywhere - garaged most of its life till newer cars came along Only two (same family) owers/drivers in its lifetime Windshield is not cracked and is the original one One cool trick: if the windows are open and you hold down the recirc button, all four windows will close automatically. I am going to really miss that feature!$1,500 bid placed by @williammfurlong
Such a cool story with this car. I've always dreamed of doing the EDP and going out to Germany. Very neat car and good call on ordering with xenons! And for some fun facts on the European Delivery that we enjoyed with this car. This was the first vehicle ordered via Euro Delivery out of four such orders. The program, which is no longer offered by MB, included a couple nights hotel stay, lunch at the factory in Sindelfingen, Germany, a tour of the manufacturing facility there, up to two weeks full coverage car insurance, and return overseas shipping directly to your selling dealer in the U.S.A. We picked up the car in the summer of 2005 and drove to Munich to visit the 'BMW Welt' Museum. We also drove it to the foothills of the famous Schloss Neuschwanstein Castle in Schwangau, Germany. From there, we went on to Bregenz, Austria on Lake Constance, then on to Vaduz, Lichtenstein. Then, we traveled into Switzerland to Zurich, Bern, Lucerne, up and down the Swiss Alps to Lake Geneva, visiting Montreau, Lausanne and Geneva. This car has definitely seen some amazing scenery out its windows over the last 20 years. If anyone has any last-minute questions, please feel free. I am including a set of never used OEM black carpet floor mats, as well as a set of all-weather rubber floormats, also by Mercedes Benz. And I will include the MB sun visor made for this vehicle. The dash is in perfect condition, no cracks or discoloration. It does not have that dashboard acrylic face delamination issue that so many other older C-Classes are known to have. All major service components have been replaced over time to keep this vehicle in tip top shape, including the Electronic Control Unit (ECU), radiator, water pump, engine fans, reservoirs, all four strut assemblies, etc. Please see the CarFax report for a full list of items replaced or repaired. It has just over 162,000 miles, which averages to about 8,000 miles per year. This was a daily driver for the last ten years and helped me keep the miles minimal on my E-Class Cabriolet, Sedan and Land Rover vehicles.$1,250 bid placed by @exit10
