This 2006 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG Designo Espresso Edition was originally delivered to Mercedes-Benz of Salt Lake City, Utah and displays 123k miles since new. As an exclusive Designo edition, this sedan is finished in Designo Mocha Black Metallic (033) over Designo Sand Leather with power provided by a supercharged 5.4-liter V8 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission. Features include heated and ventilated front seats, COMAND with navigation, automatic climate control, a power-operated Panoramic Sunroof, Xenon headlights, and keyless start and entry. The included Carfax report shows consistent service history since new with documented services in August 2022 including a rebuilt transmission, fuel tank service, new rear main seal, new torque converter, new supercharger pulley bearing, new motor mounts, new transmission mount, and a new sunroof motor. This E55 AMG is offered on consignment by the selling dealer and is now offered with the two key fobs, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.

The body is finished in Designo Mocha Black Metallic (033) and features AMG-specific body work including sculpted bumpers, side skirts, and quad exhaust outlets. Exterior features include a power-operated panoramic glass sunroof, Xenon headlamps, and halogen fog lamps. Original Parktronic sensors can be seen in the front and rear bumpers and the factory blue-tinted glass remains for all windows. The car wears aftermarket 19” chrome split-five spoke wheels wearing Fortune tires up front with 2022 date codes and Bridgestone tires in the rear showing 2021 date codes. The wheels measure 19x8 up front and 19x9 in the rear with tires measuring 245/35 and 275/35 respectively. The chrome wheels show some pitting around the spokes. Silver painted AMG-branded multi-piston calipers and cross-drilled rotors provide braking at all four corners.

The cabin is upholstered in Designo Sand Leather with Black upper trim, black carpets, and black Designo-badged velour floor mats. Designo Poplar Wood trim adorns the dashboard, center console, and door panels. The leather seating and door surfaces show well with light creasing shown on the front seats and little wear shown on the rear. The front seats are heated and ventilated with memory and multi-contour functions. Additional amenities include 4-zone climate control, COMAND with navigation, a CD player, aluminum pedals, an alcantara headliner, ambient lighting, and power-closing trunk. The car also has a radar jammer installed in both the front and rear along with a front laser jammer. 

The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel frames aluminum AMG instrumentation including a 200-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock, and a multi-function display. The digital odometer has just under 123k miles, approximately 17k of which were added by the current owner.

The 5.4-liter M113 V8 comes supercharged from the factory and produced 469 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque when new. The five-speed transmission was rebuilt in August 2022 under current ownership. The engine was hand-assembled at the AMG facility in Affalterbach, Germany, and the engine builder’s name is displayed on the center plaque. The included Carfax notes consistent service with 25 records noted with additional services in August 2022 including a fuel tank service, new rear main seal, new torque converter, new supercharger pulley bearing, new motor mounts, new transmission mount, and has a new sunroof motor.

The Carfax report shows no accidents or damage along with linear mileage updates since new. This Designo E55 AMG is offered with two key fobs, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.
