This 2009 Mercedes-Benz CL550 4MATIC was originally sold at Mercedes-Benz Westwood Massachusetts and shows 3 owners since new, all showing Massachusetts registrations. The CL currently shows 250k original miles and is powered by a naturally aspirated 5.5-liter M273 V8 engine paired to a seven-speed automatic transmission. This example is finished in Iridium Silver (775) over Black Nappa Leather (801) and features heated and ventilated multi-contour front seats, a heated steering wheel, Bi-Xenon headlamps, Nightview Assist, a rear rollerblind, Keyless-Go, upgraded audio from Sound in Motion, and the AMG Sport Package. The included Carfax report shows 33 service history records with recent services including an oil service in 2025 and a new wheel bearing. Beyond that, the owner has kept service records since acquiring the car in 2017. This CL550 4MATIC is now offered by the current owner with service records, one key, two extra sets of wheels, a Carfax report, and a clean MA title.
The body of this C216 pillarless coupe is finished in Iridium Silver (775) and equipment includes bi-xenon headlights with Active Curve Illumination, electric sunroof, and dual exhaust outlets. The AMG Sport Package option on this example provides more sculpted body work at the front and rear bumpers as well as along both side skirts. The Carfax report shows minor damage reported in 2018 and 2019 resulting in the front and rear bumpers receiving paintwork. The seller notes a small rust bubble under the paint on the right door. Additionally the seller notes the car received a 2-step paint correction and XPEL Pro clear film on the front clip.
19″ AMG five-spoke wheels wear Michelin tires measuring 255/40 at all four corners with 2021 date codes displayed. The wheels show some rash and wear indicative of the mileage. This CL features Airmatic suspension with height adjustability. Additionally, two spare sets of wheel are included in the sale with tires mounted; a set of 18” 5-spoke AMG wheels with snow tires and a set of aftermarket 19” wheels wearing Michelin tires displaying 2021 dates.
The interior is trimmed in Black Nappa Leather (801) with a Black upper dash and steering wheel. The cabin features burled walnut wood veneers on the doors, center console and dash with Black contrasting carpets and headliner. Amenities in this well-optioned example include dual-zone automatic climate control, Night-Vision assist, keyless-go, heated and ventilated multi-contour front seats, rear headrests, a sunroof, a power rear window shade, and upgraded audio from Sound in Motion including Quartorigo amps, Astell and Kern digital audio player, Mosconi AeroSpace 8|12 DSP, Dynaudio speakers, and a custom housed subwoofer.
Factory digital instrumentation consists of a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, a fuel-level gauge, and configurable digital readouts. The digital odometer shows approximately 250k miles.
The naturally aspirated 5.5-liter M273 V8 was rated at 382 bhp and 391 ft-lbs of torque when new and featured an aluminium engine block, sequential fuel injection, forged steel connecting rods, a one-piece cast camshaft, and a magnesium intake manifold. Power is sent to all four wheels through a 7G-Tronic seven-speed automatic transmission. The included Carfax report shows 33 service history records with recent services including an oil service in 2025 and a new wheel bearing. Beyond that, the owner has kept service records since acquiring the car in 2017.
The included Carfax report shows 3 owners since new and linear mileage updates. This CL550 4MATIC is now offered by the current owner with service records, one key, two extra sets of wheels, a Carfax report, and a clean MA title.

atleast the 4 matic cars have airmatic and not the ABC suspension.
@Rich_Benzer, to me it’s worth the same as you think. Rear suspension is probably overdue and will cost about the same. I have stayed away from these for the same reasons everyone else does, but if suspension is done there’s only a million other things that will go wrong….
@Likemall there is a very nice black/black 09CL550 for sale in FL with a bit more than half the miles for $8k. I was thinking to buy that car but found one just like it nearby, needs "something" I haven't quite figured out yet but it runs and drives and does CL550 things and is otherwise in excellent condition. The kid I had bought it from had spent $10.5k (!!!) at the dealer doing a bunch of stuff for reasons not entirely clear and was totally underwater on it. $5k, I have been driving it. I put in a $3500 bid on this one, that is about what it seems to be worth given the miles and Massachusetts life (where I used to live and know what roads and salt can do to cars).
I guess dream on. I can buy a clean west coast car with half the mileage and new air suspension for double this amount.

@Likemall No mods to rear suspension if that's what you're getting at. I'd have to look back and see if any repairs were done on rear suspension such as a strut.

MB market auctioneers please step in here and clarify why all the service records which I diligently took pictures of and uploaded are not available for viewing by my bidders?
@MA043HA OK, but none of those records are shown here. I based my assessment off the Carfax.
Thanks for your questions allmack. The front bumper accident was me stupidly dragging the bottom of the bumper off of a concrete parking slot marker and the rear bumper was a slow speed <5 mph rear ending by a another car. They both required new bumpers painted and installed. As to "why was service during your ownership, and the lion's share of the car's mileage, solely at a tire shop?" This is just a mistaken characterization. From my initial ownership April 2017 until 2024 the service record shows clearly 7 invoices under Service contract between 2017 and 2019 with MB Natick, 8 invoices with Direc Tire and auto service between 2018 and 2020 and 15 invoices at European Auto solutions of Waltham ( a Mercedes and BMW specialist and definitely not a "tire shop") between 2019 and 2024 - by far the lions share by both time of ownership and car mileage.
Cn you describe the damage from the two accidents during your ownership? And why was service during your ownership, and the lion's share of the car's mileage, solely at a tire shop?
Comes with Astell and Kern AK100ii Digital Audio Player
