This 2009 Mercedes-Benz E350 4MATIC wagon was originally sold at Rallye Motors of Roslyn, NY for $63,965 in April 2009. It was subsequently resold to the second owner as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Southampton, NY in 2014 before being acquired by the seller in 2020. It is finished in Iridium Silver Metallic (775) over Black MB-Tex (141) and shows 95k miles from new; 11k of which have been added by the seller over the past two years. Power comes from a 3.5-liter V6 paired with a five-speed shiftable, automatic transmission and 4MATIC all-wheel-drive. Factory equipment includes the P02 Premium Package with wood steering wheel, 40GB hard drive GPS, rear side-window blinds, hands-free communication system, factory iPod integration kit, headlamp washing system, third-row seating, Keyless-Go, Bi-Xenon headlights w/ Active Curvelight Illumination, cornering foglights, heated front seats, a glass moonroof, DVD navigation, satellite radio, and more. Equipment includes bi-xenon headlights with Active Curve Illumination, cornering fog lamps, a glass sunroof, roof rails, OEM crossbars, OEM ski rack, and a rear window wiper. Factory 17″ seven-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with new 245/45 Michelin Cross Climate tires showing 2021 date codes. The wheels appear free from major curb rash or other imperfections and close ups are viewable in the gallery. A brake fluid service, transfer case and differential fluid service were recently performed.
Black (141) MB-Tex upholstery is accented with matching carpeting and burled walnut trim on the steering wheel, dash, shifter, console and all four door panels. The seller states that the CD player is currently inoperable and the SOS call button technology is no longer maintained by Mercedes-Benz.
Rear-facing jump seats with headrests fold into the floor when not in use, as demonstrated further in the gallery. The OEM Mercedes-Benz Ski Rack is stored in the third row footwell and attaches to the OEM Mercedes-Benz Crossbars, which are presently installed on the roof rails.
The wood and leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock, and a multifunction display. Digital readouts on each side display fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer shows approximately 95,800 miles; 11k of which have been added by the current owner.
Under the hood is a 3.5-liter V6 that sends power to all four wheels through a manually-shiftable five-speed automatic transmission. Output was rated at 268 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque when new. Recent service includes transfer case & rear differential fluid exchange, brake service, transmission service, new LF inner axle boot & a new air filter housing.

@APSloan1 Two keys included. Keyless or key in ignition (redundancy) both are functional as seen in video. All keyless unlock functions on each door. The lock button function on left rear door does not work as seen in video.
@APSloan1 It definitely is a keyless car. The listing says its equipped with "Keyless-GO" (which is Mercedes' push button start feature of the era) and you can see the push button start on the shift lever in the photos. Whats cool about these w211's is you can use the key if you want, or use the push button to start. I honestly prefer using the traditional key myself, so its nice to have the option.
Is this a keyless (pushbutton) start? In other words are there keys in the trational sense or is it an electonic fob you carry. Regardless, how many keys or fobs are there with the car? Thanks
@APSloan1 Not a dumb question. It’s a Mercedes plug in adapter in for an iPod or auxiliary cord for audio. Both features are functional.
I'm new to this vintage wagon so dummy question. What is the plug in gear inside the glove compartment (Picture #42) all about? Thanks again
@APSloan1 Yes, everything aside from the CD player (will not eject a disk) so I use the aux cord or Sat radio. Cold A/C, heat, automatic climate functions properly. Heated seats work, etc.
Do all the accessories function properly? Is climate control working properly? Thanks, nice wagon.
Inches away from a sale! Good luck to all bidders.

Wagon drivers must have good taste. Otherwise they wouldn't drive wagons.
@DatMan_124 and anything with roof racks!
@DatMan_124 It's certainly one of the 'good ones'.
Anything with an included binder is aces.

A dealership inspection video following the car's most recent service has been added to the listing. The outstanding service items noted in the video have all been corrected, as per the seller. Thank you.
@JakeR This one has been fabulous to own.. Never has it given me any issues (all maintenance done has been preventative) or left me stranded. As a long term Mercedes enthusiast and owner of several E-Generations, the next owner will not be disappointed. Also note- the car is a non smoker despite the plates; she smells like a proper Mercedes. Admittedly, I did once use the cigarette lighter [in desperation] to ignite a Cohiba but this was not smoked in the car.
Something about a Benz wagon that's just so right. I absolutely love my E500 wagon and can't think of a better all around car.
