Hi all, checking in as we get closer to the end of the auction. I have received some questions that I think the answers may benefit anyone looking to bid on the auction. Can you assist with shipping? I am able to hold the car for a short period after the auction for a buyer to arrange shipping and assist as needed. I am also located near IAD and DCA and can meet a buyer at either airport to drive it home. Do all the electronics work? Yes, everything is functioning (including the rain-sensing wipers, cornering lights, steering wheel controls, and the sunroof) except for the CD player. There is an iPod hookup (which can easily be changed to a headphone jack input) and FM/AM radio that I've used instead of the player. Is the AC operable? Yes, it blows cold out of all the fans and zones adjust. As mentioned in the ad, there is a leak somewhere in the system so it requires the occasional recharge. Where is the damage on the OEM wheel set? There are two dents (one per wheel) shown in photos 190 and 194. Mechanic said they were fixable and could be used as a spare set of rims once repaired. Photo 218 shows the receipt of taking these off and putting the current AMG set on. The current set has no damage, but could be refinished. Feel free to message or comment with any further questions! This W203 runs great and rides well, and is likely one of under a few hundred in the US with this powertrain and body style. I have taken it on multiple long road trips during my ownership and would not hesitate to do it again today. Lots of recent service as mentioned in the ad and in the receipts attached. I am selling to make some space in the garage for a recent purchase. This is a rare Mercedes that I have thoroughly enjoyed owning is ready for a new owner to do the same. Good luck to all!
