Another Sacco-designed masterpiece, the W126 has certainly stood the test of time and continues to standout in a sea of automobiles today. The look is unmistakably classic Mercedes with strong boxy lines and enough road presence that leaders across the globe in the 80’s and 90’s could at least agree that this was the vehicle of choice for such stature. Today, these cars still turn heads and remain highly sought after due to their incredible build quality and drivability. The 3.0L M103 provided owners with low maintenance costs while the short wheelbase variant offers nimble maneuverability but still maintaining S-Class comfort. Of course we can’t forget to mention the rich color palette displayed on this example. This W126 could afford its next owner a huge opportunity to get from point A to point B in style without the six-digit price tags of S-classes today.

Just letting all interested parties know that I this car has not been cut polished, paint corrected or ceramic coated. This is the original condition of the paint. Also, as you can see from the undercarriage pictures it was not dry ice blasted and in fact I didn't even detail or interior shampoo the car. There is no armour-all type agents or any kind of product used on the interior or leather, no air fresheners used ever since new. It still has the original Mercedes Benz leather smell from new. In other words, no lipstick. That's how clean it is as is. However, you can imagine what it would look like after a ceramic coat and blasting of the underneath, it's the perfect candidate for it but that would be up to the winning bidder. Thanks again for all the interest everyone, happy bidding!
@roup1 please send me a private message and I will provide detailed pics of the instrument cluster and more info regarding the history etc. Thank you.
@BlueChip The description states "a 160-mph speedometer" but from what I can see in the photos, its in kph only. Do you have any better photos of the instrument panel? Also, any service records or history included with the car?
@Ericpfriese just to clarify, for diesels in California, they don’t need smog if a 1997 or older model.

Also, for all European buyers who have reached out and interested parties. I also have a European broker and shipping company on call who will handle the export/import process. As mentioned, I'm happy to connect you with them and assist. Please send me a PM for more info. Thanks.
Thanks to everyone who's reached out, I appreciate the interest and support in the comments. I’ve had a fair amount of emails regarding export help/process to the states so I just want to confirm for all USA buyers that I have a bonded customs broker on call who will handle all exportation paperwork. I also have a few different shipping/transport companies who can provide quotes on shipping to your doorstep. Please email me via the “Message Seller” button and I will share their contact info and details with you. You have my full support and assistance in this process and getting the car across the border and to you from A to Z. Cheers and happy bidding!
@Ericpfriese good question, this car is a North American standard and as far as I know it meets California emission standards. We can double check with my customs broker as well. Please send me a PM and I will connect you with them. Cheers.
@SamSl Hello, just sent you a reply.
I PM'd you with a request to view the car in person.
Does anyone know if this car will meet California emissions standard? I’ve only had diesels which are exempt from smog inspection

In the listing you have "The exterior of this long-wheelbase flagship sedan is finished in Impala Brown Metallic (441) " however, the photos are of a Short Wheelbase car hence the name 300SE (Not SEL)
