@MercedesDad Totally agree—these pano tops are getting harder to find in this condition. It really sets the car apart! thanks for your message!
The pano roof alone is worth half the current bid.

@Savaskoc Hi there! Great question—yes, the front tires are from 2017 and the rears were replaced in 2022. The car has always been garage-kept, and there’s no dry rot or cracking. Tires all the way around are in excellent condition. Thanks for looking!
Hi everyone! Tires seems to be from 2017. Could the seller confirm?

@JoeyBenz08 Hi Joe, I'm a certified mechanic and have been an owner and operator here in Phoenix, Arizona for the past 15 years. I personally handled the maintenance and service on the vehicle during my ownership. If you have any specific questions or would like any particular service details, I’d be happy to provide them. Thanks again for your interest! Best, Stan
When was the last time it had a major service done at an authorized Benz dealer? Thanks Joe
If anyone is interested to see the car in person I would be happy to meet you or even FaceTime :) ... Happy Bidding!
@polishadonis Hi , The car is all original with no prior paintwork, and the bumper has never been repaired. Have you had a chance to view my video? It's not the best view but I do take the camera underneath. Thanks for your interest!
Has the bumper every been repaired? Photos of the underneath would be helpful. Thank you
Leaking hydraulics isn’t a deal breaker but it’s definitely annoying and expensive. And messy. Been there twice. Love my fully functional soft top especially in the summer !
Geez.. orthopedic seats! Didn't see until now!
@R129apprentice I couldn’t agree more—well said. These cars are for people who appreciate the engineering and are willing to get hands-on when needed. The manual operation isn’t rocket science, and anyone who’s been around an R107 knows this is still a huge leap forward. Appreciate your perspective!
If anyone looks at the hydraulics as being a deal breaker, or causes any anxiety; I don't believe this is the car for them. Not to mention that the R107 never had this capability, along with the fact that the R129 is very simple to operate manually with the 6mm Allen and the open ended 10mm tool.
Given the soft top is supposed to work automatically, and this is a late model r129 the soft top inoperability literally is a big deal, not just a minor issue. Replacing all 11 hydraulic cylinders is a $2000-$3000 affair… definitely don’t raise the roll bar or that’s not coming back down till the repair happens!

@R129apprentice Thanks so much for the kind words — really appreciate you taking the time to notice the details. This car’s been a joy to own and it means a lot coming from someone who clearly knows their R129s!
The sport package is the cherry on top! That AMG front bumper is golden and hard to come by in excellent condition like yours!
@R129apprentice Absolutely — black on black with these wheels just hits different. It’s a timeless combo and really completes the look. Appreciate you pointing that out!
Not to mention black on black with some of the nicest wheels from the r one twenty nine series in my opinion, the cleanest look....

@R129apprentice Thank you! Really appreciate the kind words. Totally agree — the soft top issue is minor compared to how well this car has been cared for overall. The Pano top, the condition, the options — it’s getting harder and harder to find them like this. Definitely a perfect choice to enjoy with the top off!
What a beautiful example, and it's hard to really give it her full justice with the top on... take the top off this summer! No big deal that the soft top is inoperable. You can manually do it with a breeze. Everybody gets themselves worked up about the soft. Top not working and it is the least of your worries with these cars. Good luck finding another well kept example like this with the Pano top and all the bells and whistles.
@240Dturbo Thanks for the question! I was told the hydraulic lifter needs to be changed, which is why the soft top isn’t currently operational. I haven't used it since I purchased it, I love the panoramic top
Lovely example! If the car comes to the NYC area I can help the buyer with the soft top.
@stanmirzayev ..."The seller reports the soft top to be inoperable." 'Sup with this? Not a small matter for these cars. Can you please elaborate? TIA

@wykim88 Thank you! It was a difficult decision to put it up for sale but we are moving and I cannot take it with me. Hope it goes to a good home.
Very beautiful
