This 2005 Mercedes-Benz ML350 Final Edition marks the final production year of the W163 and included exclusive finishes and features. This specific example shows a one-owner history. It was sold new by Mercedes-Benz of Fort Walton Beach and shows subsequent services and registrations in Florida through 2026. Finished in Pewter Silver Metallic (723) over Java Leather (264), power is provided by a 3.7L M112 V6 paired to a 722.6 5-Speed automatic driving all four wheels via a dual-speed transfer case. The Final Edition models featured exclusive options including the AMG Power Dome hood, silver-painted chrome grille, 17” 5-spoke wheels, running boards, sport seats with thicker bolsters, and in this case rare matte Burl Birch veneer. Other notable features include power seats, power windows, rear power vent windows, factory COMAND with CD navigation and a CD player, automatic climate control, and individual controls for the rear fan speed. The included Carfax shows considerable dealer services from the original selling dealer along with another Mercedes-Benz dealer in Pensacola, Florida. In preparation for the auction the selling dealer performed an oil service. This ML350 is now offered for sale by the selling dealer in Orlando, Florida with the original manufacturer’s literature, first-aid kit, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.
The exterior is finished in Pewter Silver Metallic (723) and features an AMG Power Dome hood, running boards, exclusive grille, projector headlamps, lower fog lamps, aluminum roof rails, and more. The seller notes the paint to be original with very little blemishes noted aside from standard rock chips at the nose of the ML and some discoloration in the headlamp lenses. The included Carfax report shows an evident-free and damage-free history.
This ML wears silver-painted 5-spoke 17” wheels which have been fitted with a set of Michelin Premier LTX tires measuring 275/55 at all four corners with 2019 and 2020 date codes shown respectively. Tread depth is noted to be 9.5/32’s across all four. A spare tire is mounted below the undercarriage at the rear of the car.
The cabin is trimmed in Java Leather (264) with matching door cards, carpets, and “Special Edition”-embroidered velour floor mats. Matte Burl Birch veneer accents the cabin and a grey headliner is shown to be in good condition without any signs of wear or drooping. Final Edition-exclusive sport seats include the same thicker bolsters as AMG models and offer 8-way power adjustability. Interior appointments include automatic climate control, cruise control, a tilting steering column, dash-mounted cup holders, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, power vent windows, and more. The rear seats can slide up to three inches and fold forward to provide additional cargo capacity.
The four spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. Digital instrumentation consists of an outside temperature sensor, a digital clock, a trip meter and a digital odometer which currently shows 42k miles.
This M-Class is powered by a 3.7-liter M112 V6 which produces 232 horsepower and 254 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission and a two-speed transfer case using a permanent all-wheel drive system. The included Carfax shows considerable dealer services from the original selling dealer along with another Mercedes-Benz dealer in Pensacola, Florida. In preparation for the auction the selling dealer performed an oil service.
The Carfax report shows a 1-owner, Florida history with linear mileage updates and an accident-free history.

Self-proclaimed 163 expert here. Very few of these exist in this condition with these miles. It's certainly rare.@SarahDell I don't think there are, especially being a Special Edition. I love these W163's, having owned a few different variants throughout the years.@alexwahl6 I’m going to beat myself up having to miss out on bidding. @SarahDell Thanks for the comment! These are great cars. I have responded I think to everyone's messages. Feel free to reach out before it ends with any additional questions. For anyone on the fence, and that might not have experience with the W163. These are exceptional vehicles. Incredibly robust, basic, easy to work on, and affordable to keep on the road. I have one with 75k miles, and another with just under 300k miles. My business has hit me hard this month, otherwise I would be paying ALL the money for this. Someone’s going to be incredibly happy with this basically new ML$4,750 bid placed by @mbzman53
