@CTBenz Ill be honest, I don't know. I'm searching now seeing if I can find someone with a part out of a W164 ML320CDI to grab from it, but I'm not seeing anything on my quick search. I'm going to keep searching

@alexwahl6 Thanks! I looked at your previous listing of a similar model and indeed the insulation looked rather "normal" on that one. Is it simply cosmetic or is the insulation coming apart within the engine compartment? Any guesstimate (not held to it) on cost to replace?
@CTBenz it looks like the sound deadening insulation has deteriorated, since this one started out in Florida, then the owners moved it to Indiana. Because it is a diesel, Mercedes added thicker sound deadening throughout the engine bay to help try and make it as quiet as the gasoline engine powered W164's, if the new buyer would like I can try and help source replacement at wholesale cost for material and installation.
@alexwahl6 What is the discoloration at the back of the engine compartment - - insulation with stains/burns?? I am not familiar with this model at all. Thanks!!
Thanks
@Stevehall Yes, don't know how this listing was set as a Private seller. I let them know to update the listing. A temp tag is available for it when the deal is completed.
Are you a car dealer? The reason I ask is a temporary tag is one available ?

@Stevehall What are you asking? The car starts, drives and stops, and doors open and close.
Thanks for the reply But does everything work as it should?
@Stevehall Electronics work as they should, AC is cold, No lights on the dash, HK audio sounds nice.
Does everything work as it should ?
@benzwishes Hi, if I had to guess, since the first time the oil cooler was replaced was in 2011, and then it was replaced again in 2021, the Viton seals were the way to go the second time around. I've reached out to that servicing dealer for clarity on it, and will update if they respond and give me that information.
Seller-- when Oil cooler seals replaced... did they use/install the VITON seals ( which supposedly don't fail) or normal MB seals???
