This 2013 SMART ForTwo BRABUS Tailor Made was sold new through Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and then read its first owner through Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills in September of 2015. Finished in Pink Metallic over a White leather interior, this ForTwo BRABUS Tailor Made is powered by a naturally aspirated 1.0-liter inline-three cylinder mated to a five-speed automated manual transmission. This is a BRABUS ForTwo Tailor Made which was a program through BRABUS x Smart that allowed buyers to choose from thousands of exterior colors and 30 different kinds of interiors making these cars one-of-one. Features include the factory custom paint job and interior, staggered BRABUS wheels, BRABUS front and rear bumpers, polished center exit exhaust tips, BRABUS fuel cap, aftermarket radio, tuned suspension, and heated front seats. The car shows just over 14k miles from new and recent service includes an oil service in preparation for the sale. The Carfax includes 15 service records at the dealer and a specialist German repair facility. This SMART ForTwo BRABUS Tailor Made is now offered by the selling dealer in Darien, Wisconsin with a clean California title.
The exterior is finished in a factory custom Pink Metallic as customers had a few thousand options to choose from when new. The BRABUS package adds more aggressive front and rear bumpers along with a BRABUS fuel door, BRABUS badges forward of the side mirrors, BRABUS badge on the rear hatch, and a twin polished center fixed exhaust. Additional features include a rear hatch glass top mounted wiper, LED running lights, and a fixed polycarbonite roof. Tailor Made badges are seen near the mirrors.
This Smart runs a staggered wheel set up in both diameter and width with BRABUS 15” alloy split six-spoke alloy wheels up front and 17” diameter wheels in the rear. The wheels are wrapped in Hankook Ventus V4-ES tires measuring 175/55 front and 215/35 rear with 2020 date codes front and 2019 rear. The car features lower and stiffer suspension lifted and modified from the 451 Smart EV. The polished wheels show in excellent shape with no curb rash and come with BRABUS center caps.
The interior is upholstered in custom White leather along the seats, headrests, and door panels. Aluminum style trim accents the dash, center console, and doors. The interior also saw exterior paint matched trim pieces in Pink Metallic along the seat rails, door panels, tach pod, end of the blinker stalk, speaker surrounds, dashboard, and instrument cluster binnacle. Comfort features include heated front seats, climate control, aftermarket bluetooth head unit, and manually retractable sunshade for the polycarbonate roof. The car also has a split hatch with a seatable tailgate feature with access to the trunk. Cup holders are forward of the leather wrapped shift knob with pink stitching.
The black leather steering wheel with pink stitching frames the center gauge cluster with a 100-mph speedometer. A 7k-rpm tachometer and analog clock is centered on the dashboard above the radio and climate control stack. Additional readouts show fuel level, exterior temperature, and a digital odometer with trip function. The odometer reads just over 14k original miles.
The 1.0-liter M132.910 inline-three inline-three cylinder gasoline engine is rated at 101 horsepower and 108 lb-ft of torque from the factory. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed (AMT) automated manual transmission. The car had been serviced by Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills until 2016 when the car changed service centers for Boulevard Auto Repair who is a German specialist shop with the Carfax showing 15 service records. The selling dealer performed an oil change. 0-60 is reported to be 8.9 seconds and the ForTwo gets 50 mpg.

We love esoteric and rare cars and this ForTwo is on the far right side of the bell curve. BRABUS x Smart was a fun joining and produced cars like this for clients that wanted to stand out. The BRABUS ForTwo is a rare thing already, but some customers wanted to tailor make their little city car to match their own personalities. This ForTwo was sold through Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills and we’re pretty curious about the first owner and what their story was. Buyers could customize basically anything on the Tailor Made and had thousands of colors to choose from and over 30 interior options to play with. Someone leaned into the Barbie aesthetic when customizing this example so much that it would make Margot Robbie blush. It’s killer looking with the white leather interior and the staggered, fully polished BRABUS wheels with three lugs per wheel! Less unsprung weight we’d argue. This is such a fun car and we’re delighted to have it on the site.
