@OnTheHuntvery understandable. It’s a solid example for the miles, moreover this amount of mileage is a walk in the park for this platform.
@OnTheHuntsolid guess!
Close bidding war! I will announce once the reserve has been met. Good luck everyone!
@RussellTP68I can help you arrange delivery.
@HLEBTABUNOUBoth belts were replaced with the tensioners.
@Youngclassicamgthe pulleys/tensioners we’re installed but I’m not sure if both belts were replaced or only the main one. This was done beginning of 2022.
@Youngclassicamgjust snapped the pictures of what you requested, I’m just trying to figure out a way to get them to you. And as for the supercharger pulleys and belt I’m waiting on word from the previous owner. Also, to add to my previous answer, I have an extra new brake rotor for the car.
@Youngclassicamgcomplete brake job was done on all 4 wheels, pads and rotors, sometime at the end of 2021 or beginning of 2022 Air struts were replaced both in the front I believe and on the driver side in the rear. I think only the passinger side in the rear is original. The transmission is smooth. I’ve never noticed anything out of the ordinary. The only issue I would address if I were to keep the car is there is the infamous ball joint squeak coming from the front when the car gets going from a stop. It’s a relatively cheap fix. Aside from the rock chips in the front I see no imperfections in the clear coat. There are slight door dings on some parts of the car that are visible under certain light conditions.
@Maorsure thing. Let me know of any additional questions!
@Maorthanks for your comment! Since I purchased the car, first order or business was to do engine and trans mounts, which changed the feel of the car completely. New set of Advan Apex tires came next along with an alignment, and not too long after I installed a new Bosch alternator, which carries a lifetime warranty from FCPEuro as well as a new battery, which has a 3 year warranty. Those were the major items. I also removed the old tints, treated and hydrated the leather, as well as detailed the wheels to remove old baked on brake dust. The reason I must part with it is because I got a job opportunity in Madrid, Spain, and I will be staying there for the foreseeable future. I’d have nowhere to keep the car, and if I did, it would just sit slammed on the ground in a parking spot wasting it’s life away. This is a special car in my eyes and I would much rather have it go to a person who can use it and care for it. That’s why I turned to this enthusiast website.
@Batman7108im not sure, I haven’t gone to get an appraisal. From what I see the roof itself works, it’s just one of the motors that appears to be blocked by something when attempting to close.
@MaorI recall the previous owner mentioning your interest. I had since put much love and attention into the car. I wish you luck this time my friend.
@StathiosI agree! The spec and the condition are what initially drew me to this particular example.
@BlueridgeMBHey! Thanks for the comment! If you look at the YouTube video attached you can see the keyless go in action, as well as the driver side seat controls, however, I have failed to demonstrate the functions of the passenger side seat controls in the video, but rest assured that it works perfectly just like every other function in the interior. There is an issue with the pano roof. It will open, but it will not close as the mechanism is getting stuck somewhere so it will have to be addressed if the breeze through your hair is important to you. As I remember Mercedes said that the whole suspension on the passenger side was replaced before they did the wheel alignment at the beginning of 2022. Im pretty sure it’s in the records. And recently on the driver side the upper ball-joint and the lower-rear control arm were replaced.
