I figured that I was local and could help out a prospective bidder but based on your policy, I guess that "ain't" happening. While your pictures are beautiful, some people like to have someone lay eyes on a car. Feels like a very restrictive policy.

Good afternoon bidders - I've been brokering cars for 24 years now and am very familiar with the E500. I am not associated with the seller in any way. The point of my post is to let you know that I live only about 20 minutes from where the car is located and I'd be happy to go an inspect the car on your behalf. @notadealer - there are no photos or details of the alleged minor damages in the cars past. Sorry. Not sure if it has a LSD. I didn't see it noted on the specs sheet but maybe I missed it.

@joeybenz08 - This is 100 % original/unrestored car and it is how it came from the factory and that's the way it's supposed to be. The next owner can easily replace those few bolts. Originality wins trophies. Service records can be provided privately to serious bidders.

@donkster - according to the owner: - seat extenders work - cruise control - owner never uses it (on any of his cars) - so can't confirm 100% - antenna motor works but stalk does not extend (replacement approx. $275) - radio still works he also notes that the: - Drivers power seat not functioning. Mercedes dealer tested the motor and it checks out fine. Possible power seat control module mal-function

According to the owner: When I purchased the car, I asked dealer to do a thorough inspection and especially the wiring. I only got an oral report. In addition, annual oil service were done. Initially also had fuel pump replaced and radio repaired. I think it's clear by the pictures and write-up that this is a beautiful, low mileage, well maintained, great color combination E320 cabriolet. Remember that you are welcome to inspect the car (or have it inspected) in the Long Island, NY area anytime.
@joeybenz08 - I can't explain prior owner driving habits. Doesn't look suspect to me at all. I think you're reading too far into this. Bottom line, I can't be responsible for how the prior owner drove the car. Car currently has +/- 25,240 on it. That's all that matters.
@manualfangio_g - owner has no records of top or wiring being repaired or replaced but he has the car checked at the MB dealer annually and both are fine. No issues and no needs according to the dealer inspection.
