The W113 or "Pagoda" SL is arguably one of the best looking Mercedes ever produced and moreover, one of the most iconic convertibles to come out of the 1960's. These cars are significantly better to drive over their predecessor, the 190SL, and seem to be poised perfectly as one of the best investment cars to buy. The Bracq-designed masterpiece was almost twice as expensive as the Jaguar E-Type of the time and seems to be a favorite amongst various MB enthusiasts and generations. This US-market example was the recent recipient of a comprehensive restoration which included a respray in a classic Light Beige finish with a complimentary red leather interior. In addition, the fuel pump rebuild, new electronic ignition and air conditioning will ensure that this Pagoda SL will remain reliable and enjoyable for its lucky new owner.
