This Mercedes-Benz glass panoramic removable hardtop is finished in Imperial Red (582) and was built for use on 1990-2002 R129 series cars of the era. The top features a steel frame, a glass panoramic roof with a retractable sunshade, glass windows, and Beige vinyl trim. This R129 SL hardtop is now offered from the seller in Atlanta, Georgia.
The top is finished in Imperial Red (582) and features a panoramic glass roof and glass windows with painted steel bodywork along the frame. The original Siglia glass markings from the factory are present on the windows and visible in the gallery below. The seller notes original paint and no blemishes with detailed photos provided in the gallery.
The interior of the top features a retractable sunshade and grab handles on both the driver and passenger sides. The sunshade operates smoothly and extends/retracts as designed without issue. A small trim panel on the driver side is missing and photographed.
The non-glass interior surfaces are trimmed in Beige vinyl and photos showing the condition of the interior surfaces are provided in the gallery. The top has been tested and all latch points operate correctly when mated with an R129 chassis vehicle. Rubber and felt trim points appear in good condition with no major deterioration or obvious wear.
This rare pano top has no chips, cracks or scratches in the glass and is now offered by the seller in Atlanta, Georgia.
