This 1995 Mercedes-Benz E320 Wagon shows just three owners from new with registration in Massachusetts and California. Finished in Black (040) over Black MB-Tex (171), power is provided by a 3.2-liter inline-six linked with a four-speed automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. Equipment includes 18” Monoblock wheels, power adjustable heated front seats, cruise control, ASR slip control, a rear-facing folding third row, an integrated car phone and a power tilt/slide sunroof. Modifications include a keyless alarm entry system and H&R lowering springs. Recent maintenance performed by the current owner consists of an engine oil and filter change, new spark plugs, tie rod ends, engine mounts, AC regulator, air flow meter and more. This S124 shows 156k miles (TMU) and is offered for sale by the current owner in Los Angeles, California with both keys, the original tool kit and first aid kit, a clean Carfax report and a clean California title.
The exterior comes finished in Black (040) and features contrasting gray lower body cladding. The exterior features a power tilt/slide sunroof, integrated roof rails, power adjustable door mirrors and a headlamp wiper/washer system. The seller notes that the car has previously received paintwork on both bumpers as well as the hood to repair clear coat damage. The exterior shows no signs of rust or body damage.
Staggered 18” AMG Monoblock wheels are fitted wearing Michelin Pilot Sport tires that measure 215/40 front and 225/40 rear. This E320 has been fitted with a set of H&R lowering springs which maintain compatibility with the factory self-leveling rear suspension. Front and rear brake pads were replaced under current ownership and the factory spare can be found mounted in the trunk.
The interior is upholstered in Black MB-Tex (171) and features Zebrano wood trim which lines the center console, dashboard and door panels. The wood trim was refinished by the current owner and shows no signs of cracking or discoloration. Interior equipment includes power adjustable heated front seats, an Active Bass sound system, a Mercedes branded integrated car phone, cruise control and a folding rear-facing third-row bench seat. The current owner has additionally replaced the blower motor, cabin air filters and AC regulator as well as recharged the AC system.
The four-spoke steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer which sits alongside a 7k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature and oil pressure. A digital outside temperature sensor is mounted at the bottom. The six-digit odometer currently reads 156k miles and is being sold as true mileage unknown (TMU) due to a mileage discrepancy reported in 2022.
This S124 is powered by a 3.2-liter inline-six cylinder engine which makes 217 horsepower and 229 lb-ft of torque. Additional maintenance items include new tie rods, drag link ends, control arm bushings, idler arm and bushings, engine mounts, rear exhaust section, neutral safety switch, an engine oil and filter change and spark plugs. Invoices for service performed within the past year have been included by the seller.
The Carfax report shows first registration in Massachusetts and later California where it spent the past 25 years. No accidents or damage reports are present. This E320 wagon is now offered with both keys and remotes, the original tool kit, first aid kit, a clean Carfax report and a clean California title.

A picture of the updated DELPHI wiring harness dated 10.06.97 has been added to the gallery.
@edand This wagon has a replacement wiring harness. The harness replacement sticker indicates the new harness as a DELPHI dated 10.06.97. (Photo has been added to the listing). The infamous biodegradable wiring harness era was 1991 to 1996 but only affecting certain models and engines.
@Jm113k No sorry I don't have the original springs
Does it have the original springs to go with it?
To confirm: '95 is past the era of the infamous biodegradable wiring harness, right?
