There's a lot to love about these big coupes but most of all, Mercedes-Benz managed to maintain the heritage and emotion of their S Class coupe while ensuring 21st century relevance. This example is one of the cleaner 215-chassis CL's we've seen in some time and a prefacelift to boot. It's rare to find one in Obsidian Black and with low miles even moreso. Examples like this still seem to be underpriced in today's market and after so many have fallen to the wayside of the enthusiast spectrum are arguably rare enough to be contenders for collectibility.

Thanks @thembmarket for the help. Afternoon all, pardon our typo- the mileage has been updated and we have uploaded a photo showing the odometer as it currently sits. Please bid confidently in the CL and let us know if we can answer any questions.
The reported mileage in the listing has been accurately updated to reflect 65k miles.
As says 45k miles but carfax 64k. Please confirm
The car has been detailed and Ceramic coated..
Wow that is pretty and in great shape with such low mileage. Mine is a 2004 with 88k miles in the exact same color sceme. I will say parts are getting harding and harder to come by. But I am very tempted to pick up a second one. It is crazy how cheap these have been going for but it is a bit understandable if there are any hydrolic suspension issues that can easly creep up and cost more than the car is worth and is scares people from them as they can become a money pit. There are also known issues with the door wiring that happens with age and the wires being flexed due to the double hinge. But they really should be driven daily. I do love mine and do drive it daily. My plans in case the suspension goes is to do a coil over swap and just keep driving it. These are too beautiful of a car and too fun to drive than to just have them rot away in a garage or end up in the scrap heap. Best of luck on the sale!
