When AMG created the S55, they combined the best of luxury and performance that Mercedes had to offer. In 2003, the W220 received a facelift which included the addition of a supercharger increasing power from 355 to 493 horsepower and allowed this 4,300lb sedan to reach 60 mph in just 4.6 seconds. Combining excellent luxury features with performance, the S55 makes for a great long distance cruiser or daily driver. This well-spec'd example shows just 77k miles from new, and with a clean history, it is sure to provide many superb miles of comfort and stealthy speed to its lucky new owner.

The rear quarter windows are failing between the double layers of glass similar to what the old SLC models did.

This looks like old aftermarket tint; which turns purple with age. Super easy to remove by leaving the car in the sun for a few hours, or with the help of a hand-steamer. Easy to determine for certain by lowering one of the windows and looking at the tint film on the upper edge of the glass.

Car is available to be viewed and driven, cabin filters have not been changed in my ownership.
Have the engine and cabin air filters been replaced during your ownership and are receipts available?

I’m in Owasso, are you willing to show this car to locals?
Tulsa, Ok, I can ship anywhere in the US. The ABC system was juste serviced and the left side line replaced. Not certain window tint is factory or possibly aftermarket, it's not too dark. Windows are OEM. The car runs strong, As mentioned the truck system has been converted to spring from hydraulic. It is a very good example of a daily driver.
Where is the car located to be picked up?
What service has been performed in the past year? Has the ABC system been serviced regularly? Are the windows OEM or aftermarket tint? Are there any trouble codes , check engine or ABC service or trouble codes?

That’s just tint that needs replaced or removed, right? No big deal. Do all of the seat functions operate as they should? Same with the Active Body Control?
Shipping.
Thanks for viewing and bidding, the only thing that stands out is the previous owner converted the trunk to spring from the hydraulic. This is a nice daily driver not a garage queen. I will answer any questions in a timely manner. I can arrange hipping to anywhere in the US to your door.

Is there any error or failure in the car?

Guess the tint fades over time?
I’ve realized some W220 rear quarter glasses getting sun damaged or warped, why is that so?
