This 2006 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG Wagon was sold new in December 2005 in California and now resides in Florida with the current owner. The car is 1 of 64 units produced for the 2006 model year and 1 of 193 total across both production years. Finished in Barolo Red (544) over Red Leather (257), power is provided by a hand-built supercharged 5.4-liter V8 mated to a five-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes a power tilt/slide sunroof, heated and ventilated multicontour front seats, four-zone automatic climate control, Harman Kardon Logic7 surround sound, Bi-Xenon headlamps with active curve illumination, Keyless-Go and Airmatic Dual Control air suspension. A major service in December 2023 totalling over $8k was performed and service this year includes a new rear main seal, blower motor, wiring harness, air filters, Gravity battery, and oil change in March 2026. The car has just under 107k miles from new, with over 10k added by the current owner. This E55 wagon is now offered by the seller on behalf of the current owner in Boca Raton, Florida with original manufacturer’s literature, partial service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.
The exterior is finished in Barolo Red (544) and features AMG body styling with a sculpted front air dam, side skirts and rear bumper. V8 Kompressor badges are featured on the front fenders with chrome-plated quad AMG exhaust pipes at the rear. Exterior features include Bi-Xenon headlamps with active curve illumination and heated headlamp washers, front fog lights, and a glass sunroof. The seller states minor rock chips are present on the car, and no rust or corrosion is noted. The car was professionally detailed in February 2026 and paint protection was applied.
The original 18” AMG wheels have been swapped for authentic 5-spoke 18" AMG wheels from a S211 E63 AMG. The wheels are fitted with a set of Continental Extreme Contact tires measuring 245/45 front and 265/35 rear. Ventilated discs are fitted on all four corners with 8-piston front calipers and 4-piston rears which are finished in silver with black AMG lettering. The AMG-tuned Airmatic Dual Control suspension offers adjustability for both ride height and stiffness. In early 2024 the car received a new suspension compressor, both rear air springs, along with both left and right front lower control arms and ball joints.
The cabin is upholstered in two-tone Red and Anthracite Leather (257) with an Orion Gray alcantara headliner. Birdseye Maple wood veneer lines the center console, dashboard and door panels and shows some light fading. Both front seats are heated and ventilated with three-position memory. Additional interior features include four-zone automatic climate control, a power tilt/telescope steering wheel, Harman Kardon Logic7 surround sound, rear door sun blinds, COMAND with navigation, and Keyless-Go with push button start. The rear seats fold flat for additional cargo space, and a rear-facing third-row of seats fold flat into the cargo area floor. The blower motor was replaced in April 2026.
The multi-function steering wheel fronts a 200-mph speedometer with a centrally-mounted configurable digital display as well as a 7k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock and digital gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer currently shows just under 107k miles from new, over 10k of which were added by the current owner.
This S211 is powered by a hand-built supercharged 5.4-liter M113k V8 which is factory rated at 469 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through an AMG-enhanced five-speed automatic transmission. Service records are included in the sale. A major service in December 2023 totalling over $8k included new spark plus, coils, and wires, a transmission service, oil change, front and rear brake rotors and pads, a brake fluid flush, new front thrust arms, new Continental Extreme Contact tires and an alignment. In early 2024 the car received a new suspension compressor, both rear air springs, both left and right front lower control arms and ball joints, a new alternator and battery. New engine mounts were installed in December 2025. Service this year includes a new rear main seal, blower motor, wiring harness, air filters, and oil change.
The Carfax report shows linear mileage updates, and no accidents or damage reports since new. This E55 wagon is located in Boca Raton, Florida and will come with original manufacturer’s literature, partial service records, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.

I'd love to see some photos of the underside of the engine and trans with the plastics removed.Beautiful car. What was done over the last 10k. Being a car from new york originally do you have any current undercarriage pics? Thanks!$32,500 bid placed by @Josh
Good morning Mercedes-Benz addicts and good morning to our seller @Smrlsn09, this wagon is a sublime specimen and absolutely delicious !!! Definitely a 1 of 1 that should remain with the auction winner for a looong time! I love a long roof.$30,000 bid placed by @CMlend
@airforce1 We had MACH-10's proprietary 9H+ ceramic coating it creates an invisible, self-cleaning shield that bonds at the molecular level to the vehicle's paint we got lifetime warranty for it check the website for sister states the cars paint looks amazing and it really shows! Can you comment on the level of paint protection? Is it PPF? Ceramic coating? If PPF, is it covering the front only? Thank you.Bought an '06 with 83,000 miles nine years ago for $22,000. It now has 146,000 miles behind it without major problems apart from three suspension bags, replaced with Arnotts. The engine seems bulletproof and still uses no oil. By removing the third seat (simple), a full-size spare tire/wheel can be fitted. These wagons combine performance, comfort, safety, and utility better than any other car. It's also the world's best "sleeper."$29,000 bid placed by @DLC32

There should be headrests for the rear jump seats. Do you have them? What a car! Man oh man. Had I known this was going to show up in my email I may have held off on the 2020 S213 Wagon that just landed in my driveway. Will still be watching this one...but blacking out the "Place Bid" button! LOL Good luck with the sale. It is beautiful!!!!$26,000 bid placed by @Emcc
Can I schedule time to see in person, located in Boca.@TAG993 Thank you so much for the kind words! We truly appreciate the compliment. This is an exceptionally rare E55 AMG Wagon, and we’re excited to see it find a home with someone who recognizes just how special it is. Enjoy your E400 Wagon—they’re fantastic cars as well!Took my breath away when I opened my email. If I wasn't the owner of a 2017 E400 wagon I would be all over this beast. Breathtaking!$25,000 bid placed by @DLC32

LOVE the color on this one. What a beautiful car, GLWA.@D2_S8_Daily Good afternoon there is no sagging or separating in the headliner i could send you better front end pics so you can see the scratches on the front bumper just direct message me and appreciate you!Wow this car is so cool. Couple questions for the seller. It's a little tough to confirm in the photos, is there any sagging or separating in the headliner? Can you take a closer photo of the front bumper? It looks like there are some paint chips and scraping at the front and possibly underneath. Thanks and GLWTA.@Abby87426 FYI - I believe the 2 fuel pumps are right below the rear seats so a bad seal on one would definitely bring fuel smell into the cabin@Abby87426 its just an aftermarket bluetooth connecter to play music and make calls.I’m sorry, I meant picture #78 and #79. It’s next to the shifter.@Abby87426 Ill see what i can do as i said the owner is on vacation for the 3rd time.... and pic 170 is the receipts if you're talking about the motorolla phone book and if the car still has the phone it does not thank you.Are you going to post current paint readings? Also, still haven’t heard anything back on what the phone button in picture #170 does and control.@Abby87426 Good observation. You are correct that the undercarriage photos are from the previous listing. They were included because the owner is currently away on vacation and because they provide valuable documentation of the vehicle’s condition. The car has remained stored in the same climate-controlled garage since then and has not been exposed to any conditions that would affect its current state. We believe in full transparency and want to provide bidders with as much information as possible. The vehicle remains in exceptional condition and is supported by over $25,000 in documented receipts for maintenance and improvements completed after we acquired it.When were those paint readings and undercarriage photos done? They look like the ones from the last time this car was sold.Underbody photos and paint meter readings have been added to the gallery.@jglobe Underneath photos with paint readings will be uploaded shortly thanks:)@Abby87426 Thanks for your questions. The lower windshield gasket is in good condition. Regarding the service invoice, the fuel odor concern was unrelated to the sunroof recall. We spoke with the previous owner, who advised it was traced to the fuel pump seal and would only produce a slight fuel odor when the tank was completely full. We have not experienced any ongoing fuel odor concerns. Can you please provide underside photos? Is it possible to get a picture of windshield lower gasket near the windshield wipers? Also, on the service receipt from Mercedes when the sunroof recall was completed, there was a complaint of gas smell. It indicated that required follow up. What was the outcome?@1970gsx These are the only wheels that come with car. We sell tons of rims on here click our profile we have might some rims that would work if anyone wants to spice it up more stay tuned!$21,000 bid placed by @DLC32

Are the original wheels included in the sale? Thank you@rgabon Thanks for your question! There is no rust on the vehicle. It has been well cared for.@Abby87426 Thanks for your interest! Unfortunately, the owner is on vacation, so I can’t provide paint readings or additional videos at the moment please DM i can help with any additional information . The wagon remains in factory specification, and the photos accurately represent its condition.$16,355 bid placed by @TriniTT
Can you comment on rust and/or provide rust assessment? What is the blue phone button in picture 170?Is it possible to get paint readings and undercarriage photos? Also, drive, cold start, walk around videos. Thanks.$15,000 bid placed by @Abby87426
