This 2010 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG sedan was originally sold by Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne, FL in 2010 and has resided in Florida since new. The car is finished in Black (040) over Anthracite (201) leather and is powered by a naturally aspirated 6.2-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed AMG Speedshift automatic transmission. Features include Distronic Plus automated cruise control, blind spot assist, lane keeping assist, heated and ventilated front seats with dynamic bolsters, COMAND infotainment with GPS navigation, bi-xenon headlights with active curve illumination, Keyless-Go, rear roller-blind, rear-view camera, a panoramic roof, and AMG air suspension. The car shows registration exclusive to Florida across three owners and now has just 37k original miles. Recent service includes two new Michelin Pilot Sport front tires, new rear suspension valves, new battery, new rear suspension central reservoir and lines, and a new vapor canister vent valve. This E63 AMG is now offered on behalf of its current owner with factory literature, two keys, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.
The exterior is finished in Black (040) and, when compared to the standard E-Class, the E63 gained an AMG-specific body kit with deeper valances and side skirts, as well as a rear spoiler and front bumper vents. Equipment includes a power operated panoramic sunroof, bi-xenon headlights with active curve illumination, high-beam assist, and a power trunk closer. The Carfax shows no accidents or other damage and the paint is believed to be all original.
Factory 18″ five-spoke AMG wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport tires measuring 255/40 up front and 295/35 out back and the seller recently replaced both front tires. The car also has new rear suspension valves and a new rear suspension central reservoir and lines. Braking is handled by six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers acting on cross-drilled and ventilated rotors.
The cabin features seating upholstered in Anthracite (201) leather along with matching carpets. Silver metallic trim accents the center console, dash, and door cards. Features include Distronic Plus automated cruise control, blind spot assist, lane keeping assist, heated and ventilated front seats with dynamic bolsters, COMAND infotainment with GPS navigation, bi-xenon headlights with active curve illumination, Keyless-Go, rear roller-blind, and a rear-view camera.
The leather-rimmed four-spoke steering wheel frames an AMG-branded 200-mph speedometer with a nested digital multi-function display, a tachometer with 7,200-rpm redline, and an analog clock. Only 37k miles are shown on the digital odometer, approximately 5,000 of which were added by the seller.
Power is provided by a naturally aspirated 6.2L M156 V8 that was factory rated at 518 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a seven-speed AMG Speedshift automatic transmission and a new battery was installed in preparation for the sale.
Manufacturer’s literature shows in a black leather folio and a set of black AMG-branded mats and two keys are included.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage reported and lists ownership history in Florida for all three owners. Additionally, the report lists linear mileage updates along with 33 service history records.

@mbmikema Hi!! No paint or body work No leaks I’ll see if I can get undercarriage shots.
Also, any leaks whatsoever? Undercarriage shots?
Has there been any paint work done to the vehicle? I understand that the carfax doesnt show any damage but is there an evidence of any body/ paint work? Thank you!

@YellowTriumph oil change was performed on 01/12/2022 Having a little trouble adding pictures. I’ll ask in the morning
@YellowTriumph Hi! Better late than never. Car has been owned by non smokers. No smoke or odor in the car. There is minimal swirling. Paint is in excellent condition for age of the car. It has been garage kept. A few imperfections in the hood from being on the road. It has not been modified The rear tires still have tread I’ll send you pictures. We are selling because it’s a 3rd car. We need to buy our son a car that is not as nice or as powerful.
@Vhmills, hi, I'm late to the party here! I have a few questions for you. Is there any swirling in the paint or other blemishes to disclose? Has the car ever been smoked in? Has the car been modified in any way? I see the front tires are new--what is the condition of the rear tires? Why are you selling? Thank you.

@Vhmills not sure mileage has anything to do with it. I had a 2010 that MB replaced all the bolts on (and one head) under warranty at 17k miles. In general there were actually very few failures as a percentage of cars (not unlike the Porsche IMS issue) but also like the Porsche, potentially catastrophic if it happens to you. Failures sometimes occurred when the cars were almost new to cars with 80k plus miles. Not a huge deal as you can change them out without pulling the heads and replace the phaser bolts and tappet buckets with the improved parts while there. In the end you get a bullet proof M156. @ILLANOIZ not sure that is correct, I think MB didn't start using the improved bolt until the middle of the 2011 model year. (Go Illini!) In any case, a well sorted M156 is a great driving experience. The issues are known and not hard to fix. Weistec can provide all the pieces you need. GLWA
@DaMan Thank you for the valuable information. I appreciate it.
@ILLANOIZ According to the MB TSB, the affected engines are up to engine number 1569xx 60-060658. The VIN for this car shows the engine number as 156985 60 050000 which would put it in the affected range.
@zachmac to the best of my knowledge I don’t believe they were change out due to its low mileage.
I'm also curious about the head bolts and the exact years they were corrected by MB. I've read different dates, but thought 2010 and newer were good to go.

Easily one of the best sounds of any engine produced in the last couple of decades! @Vhmills do you know if the head bolts were ever changed out to the improved 2011 design?
