Got it, so at this point it is been undetermined whether the dealership somehow altered the Carfax in order to sell it to you and then when you pulled a current Carfax it showed an accident... I would think that any competent reputable body shop could inspect a car and put in writing whether there's been any accidents or paintwork done to the car.
@Mackdadae The current carfax report states minor damage 2021. When I purchased the vehicle from the BMW dealership in Pembroke Pines FL the carfax at that time showed no accidents. If there was an accident and/or damage reported, I am not aware of it. I received a response from Carfax; they are currently reviewing the matter to see why something is being reported now. They need more time to complete their review.
I guess I'm asking for some clarification… Your advertisement says that there was minor damage according to Carfax, but your last reply to my question was that, in fact, there was no damage so what's the story???

@Mackdadae there are no damges.
Any current pictures of where the damage was located or can you specify the area so that we could look on the pictures that you've already posted?
@Mackdadae thank you for expressing interest in my E550. I purchased the vehicle from Florida BMW dealership in July 2022 . The dealer provided the carfax with no accidents or body work. I reached out to carfax to review the VIN# and minor accident.

Do we know what the exact nature of the minor damage reported on Carfax is or is there any pictures of the damage before it got repaired?
