This 2014 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG S 4Matic Wagon is finished in Black (040) over Black Nappa Leather (821), and power is provided by a 5.5-liter Biturbo V8 mated to a seven-speed multi-clutch transmission. Factory equipment includes LED headlamps with Adaptive Highbeam Assist, Distronic Plus cruise control, a panoramic sunroof, Keyless-Go, heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, manual sun shades, an AMG Performance steering wheel, a Harman/Kardon sound system, and more. Recent maintenance in January 2025 includes a new radiator, water pump, thermostat, axle, and an oil service. The car was originally sold new in Colorado where it remained until 2022 when it relocated briefly to Virginia followed by New Jersey until the seller's acquisition. This AMG Wagon is now offered for sale with manufacturer's literature, first-aid kit, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Pennsylvania title.
Factory AMG wheels are wrapped with a set of Continental Extreme Contact tires which measure 255/35 front and 285/30 rear. Date codes on the tires read 2024 front and 2022 rear, and all four tires were mounted in April 2024 by Mercedes-Benz of Paramus, NJ according to the Carfax. Red-painted AMG calipers and ventilated discs provide stopping power while the AMG adaptive sport suspension offers adjustable damping modes. New brake rotors were installed in 2023.
The front AMG sport seats are trimmed in Black Nappa Leather (821) with matching black floor mats and a Dinamica headliner. The AMG crest is embossed on the headrests and gear selector. Black Ash wood trim can be found lining the center console, dashboard and door panels. Both front seats are heated and ventilated with active multicontour adjustment for the driver side. Additional interior amenities include heated rear seats, illuminated door sills, dual-zone automatic climate control, COMAND infotainment with hard-drive navigation, manual rear side-window sunshades, a split-folding second row and a Harman/Kardon Logic7 surround sound system. The rear-view camera is noted to be the only inoperable option.
The flat-bottom AMG performance steering wheel includes Dinamica side grips and frames a 200-mph speedometer with a central digital display along with an 8k-rpm tachometer and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer currently shows less than 97k miles from new.
This S212 is powered by a hand-built M157 5.5-liter Biturbo V8 which is mated to a seven-speed SpeedShift multi-clutch transmission sending power to all four wheels through an AMG performance 4Matic all-wheel drive system. A reciept for the most recent work from January 2025 is included in the gallery and includes a new radiator, water pump, thermostat, axle shaft assembly, A/C pressure switch, and an oil service. The Carfax report lists additional services including new front and rear brake rotors, rear brake pads, and a new battery in 2023.
The Carfax report shows three owners from new with linear mileage updates and 26 service history records. Additionally, there are no accident or damage reports listed. This E63 AMG S 4Matic Wagon is now offered with manufacturer's literature, first-aid kit, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Pennsylvania title.

Appreciate everyone’s inputs. Contact with mbmarket if interested in as we were close to reserve. I’ll share my friend’s contact so you guys can do the deal. Healthy car, I put about 300 miles myself just to make sure, besides the back up camera everything operate as it should. No conspiracy theories just selling car :) my own CLS63 is currently live and after that one I’ll be running my own 2012 ML63. See you guys!

@FrankBarrett you should never get rid off that 06 E55 wagon. M157s are unfortunately not the best. These don’t have the head bolt issues like M156 (which is kinda rare issue as well) but they always burn oil but long story short M113K is a way better platform besides that old-ish feeling but that’s kinda because of having 5speed instead of more modern 7speed
I've had an '06 E55 AMG Wagon for seven years and have never felt the urge to "upgrade" to an E63. They cost a lot more to maintain, and some had engine problems (corroding head bolt$). In comparison, the M113 engine in the E55 is generally considered bulletproof (mine has 140,000 trouble-free miles). But since very few E55s were brought into the U.S., low-mileage ones are exceptionally hard to find these days.
@FORMETBUILD I’m selling it for my friend he did register the car but didn’t run it. Believe me $25k doesn’t buy the car he had $31k offer from another dealer but I wanted to help him running it here for him to be able to get more money hopefully because it’s a healthy car. Tires have about 500 miles on them but the right front had a bubble which can be seen in pictures but it has been replaced already
I see this E63 on Manheim for second chance at $25k. Looks like a lot of damages in the CR report that are not mentioned here at all and all continental tires need to be replaced ….

@FrankBarrett oh wow, well he kept it pretty nice to be honest. It’s been a decent car :)
This may have been owned by an oral surgeon in Denver. He bought it new and enjoyed it, then the dealership made him an offer he couldn't refuse to sell it back to them, as they had an eager buyer.

Hello everyone, welcome to my auction. This bone stock station wagon received fresh oil change, radiator and the left front axle recently. The only flaw that I’m aware of is the back up camera inop. All the electronics work, runs great! Let me know if you have any questions and please check the YouTube videos as well. Good luck!
@nlust appreciate the input, yes it is :) I didn’t even know it went live :)
Looks like a nicely optioned E63. Just a note that the subtitle on the auction incorrectly lists it as an "S211". This is a facelifted S212 example.
