@daroncpathank you for your bid . There are no imperfections on the steering wheel. The leather and wood are perfect. Probably just a glare from the sun or light .
In 2007, ABC II was launched. The whole system was re-engineered. Pressure accumulators were better built and their locations were changed, pumps were redesigned, valve blocks were no longer failing, and other things improved which allowed for a more reliable and enjoyable experience.

If you're looking for a normally aspirated R230, in my opinion, the '07 and '08's are the ones to have. That is unless you prefer the front-end re-style of the '09 thru '11 models (which I don't). In '07 Mercedes made many improvements over the previous years, most notably to the ABS system, and especially under the hood on the normally aspirated SL's
The engine in the 550 gives 82 more hp than the 500. This and the classic style of the R230 especially in this very rare color combination makes this a great car to own. It’s a really Nice machine.
