Here we go- 4 hours left! Someone is going to get a great car today. I’m available until the end to answer any questions, provide and additional details, photos, videos, etc. I’m kind of a Mercedes aficionado, and have owned so many. I hate to see this one go, but I’m out of room and have another car coming. Car is located in Northern New Jersey, 10 miles from NYC. Someone asked about FL registration/title- we have a place there and I have a FL license… and I bought the car in Miami from RMC, who imported it. I’ve bought a bunch of cars from them, because they always find some good ones.
@TedsbenzHi First, thanks for your interest and your bid. It really is a great car. Yes, I did receive one question from you- you asked me to disclose the reserve. I don’t think it’s appropriate to disclose the reserve; however the reserve is much less than the market value of the car. Karl
@GoitchI don’t see any reason it wouldn’t make the trip to Florida. I drive this one pretty regularly around here locally and to shows. Of course it is a nearly 30 year old car. I bought it in Miami and shipped it up. As far as being low, the only thing you need to watch for is steep driveway entrances- mainly because the car is so long it exaggerates the lowness at steep angles. 45 series tires are not extremely low profile with the aspect ratio of 215 width. Karl
Hey all, thanks for checking out my 94 S124. This has been one of my favorite cars to drive the last couple years. It will be sad to see it go, but I need to make room for a few others. This car is always very popular at shows- got people’s choice award last year at a Mercedes Club event- and it gets a lot of attention driving around, especially with the RHD; you always have to be alert to wave back to people This car was imported from Japan on 2020 by RMC Miami, and I purchased it from them. I’d be happy to answer any questions or provide additional photos or videos. Car is conveniently located in Northern New Jersey, 10 miles from NYC. Happy bidding! Someone is going to get a great car! Karl
