The MB Market Insights
Every 90's and early 2000's Mercedes looks best with monoblocks. These wheels are stylistic kings for AMG Mercedes vehicles and, now becoming increasingly rare, finding a clean set of staggered 18" Aero IIs from someone who isn't a scammer is becoming more difficult everyday. While a few sets in need of refinishing can be found, these monoblocks have been professionally refinished and are ready to be mounted. And when we say ready to be mounted we mean it. Even the tires installed have never been used. A full setup like this with new tires offers tremendous value, especially for those wanting convenience and ease. Just ship, install, and drive. These are the exact matching HWA part number versions that were used on the W210 E55 AMG and R129 Sport models from the factory. We've also seen them regularly fitted to W126s, W202s and W208s although they fit other models as well. Don't miss the chance to bid at No Reserve!
@AKWEEDHello, good afternoon. All four rims have varnish after being polished and machined. The paint code they looked for here is the original. I don't know, but what they do here is, before repairing them, polish a part to see what the original paint looks like underneath and copy it with a laser so it comes out exactly the same. I confirm that they are completely straight and balanced.
Wheels look wonderful ! ! !
Glad to read they have been painted/machined and not powder-coated/polished as is often the case here in the US. I have three questions . . .
1. Was each entire wheel clear-coated after the painting and machining?
2. I imagine the paint was matched to a Genuine Mercedes-Benz paint code. Would you please confirm that code?
3. Are the wheels straight and/or without any cracks whatsoever?
Many thanks in advance and greetings from the Sonoran-Desert
