This 2006 Mercedes-Benz CLS55 AMG was sold new in Pennsylvania where it remained under three different owners receiving regular servicing. The selling dealer acquired the car in April of 2023 and has added approximately 250 miles. This example is finished in Iridium Silver (775) over Grey Leather (288) and power comes from a supercharged 5.4-liter M113K V8 paired to a five-speed automatic transmission. Factory features include bi-xenon headlamps, heated and ventilated multi-contour front seats, four-zone climate control, factory COMAND, and a power-closing decklid. The dealer mentions no services have been performed under their care and limited records accompany the car in addition to the records noted on the Carfax report. The car is now being offered with 54k miles on the odometer, the factory toolkit, manufacturer’s literature, two keys, a Carfax report, and a clean Arizona title.
The exterior is finished in Iridium Silver (775) and features AMG styling including sculpted bumpers, side skirts, a rear decklid spoiler, and dual twin-tipped exhaust. The body is reportedly free from any paintwork or bodywork and the factory blue-tinted glass remains. Additional exterior features include a sunroof, bi-xenon headlights with curve illumination, and parking sensors for the front and rear. The included Carfax report shows very minor damage to the rear reported in 2015 with no signs of damage present at the time of sale.
Original 19” Five-spoke AMG wheels are fitted and show light curb rash with no structural damage or bends. They’re finished in silver paint and measure 19x8.5 in the front and 19x9.5 in the rear. Michelin tires are mounted showing factory sizing in 255/35 and 285/30 respectively and show 2019 date codes. Silver-painted AMG brakes are tucked behind the stock wheels.
In the cabin, the AMG seats are trimmed in Gray Leather (288) in addition to the door cards, armrests, shift knob, and AMG Sport steering wheel. Burled Walnut veneers adorn the center console, dashboard, and cluster surround. Alcantara trims the headliner and interior amenities include four-zone automatic climate control, heated and ventilated multi-contour front seats, a rear roller blind, auto-dimming mirrors, and COMAND with Harman Kardon sound.
The sculpted AMG Sport steering wheel frames white gauges featuring a 200-mph speedometer, 7k-rpm tachometer, and an analog clock. Additional fuel and temperature gauges flank the cluster and the digital odometer reads 54k miles, 250 of which have been added by the selling dealer.
The original supercharged 5.4-liter M113k V8 was factory rated at 469 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque with power sent to the rear wheels via a 722.6 five-speed automatic transmission. The dealer mentions no services have been performed under their care and limited records accompany the car in addition to the records noted on the Carfax report. The AMG engine cover is missing the emblem.
The included Carfax report shows linear mileage updates since new and 26 service records. This CLS55 AMG is now being offered by the selling dealer with the factory toolkit, manufacturer’s literature, two keys, a Carfax report, and a clean Arizona title.
The seller has included videos showing a walk around, interior view, and driving functions.

@Mokeydoke Clean title, this is a true mileage vehicle, not a tmu unit. There is no suspension issue, please feel free to have the vehicle inspected prior to bidding if you do not feel comfortable we understand.
Is it a clean title and is the mileage correct or tmu and I also would like to know is there something wrong with the suspension because in the message board It was saying something about the suspension???
@Ilovebigtoys Thank you for your interest. I have no records indicating that the car received new suspension on the front or all four. Also, the hydraulic suspension is not leaking or sweating. We have no power steering issues as we have road tested and driven this vehicle 250 miles.
@Ilovebigtoys If the CLS55 had ABC (active body control) it would be expensive BUT these cars were AIRMATIC- much easier to work on.
This generation MB had hydraulic suspension on all corners. This is a very expensive repair that all these cars will have to go through considering both age and mileage. I have recently completed the same work on a 2005 SL500 with only 56K on the odo. So my questions are: -have this care received new suspension on the front or all 4 any time? -if not, are any of the hydraulic suspension leaking or sweating? My understanding is that the hydraulic pump also supports the power steering and therefore is very essential for proper maintenance and repair.

Hi. Everything works on this vehicle as intended. No scratch on screen. This vehicle is in mint condition!
Hello - Hope all is well up in Naperville. Can you comment on the condition of the display screen? Is it badly scratched, or is that just a lighting angle effect? Also, is there anything not functional as intended or needing attention?
