This 1995 Mercedes-Benz E320 Cabriolet was initially sold and registered in Oregon from 1996 through 2025 and shows only 30k miles with a single-owner history (The Carfax notes a second owner in 2025 which is the original owner moving the title). Finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) over Black Leather (261), power is provided by a 3.2-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed automatic transmission driving the rear wheels. Equipment includes heated power-adjustable front seats, a power-operated soft top, power mirrors, cruise control, a passenger airbag, central locking, and a factory head unit. The included Carfax report shows 20 service history records since new, all of which are Mercedes-Benz dealers. The seller reports the wiring harness to have been updated under prior ownership in addition to the head being replaced at 22k miles in 2005. In preparation for the sale, the selling dealer had a safety inspection performed and replaced the antenna. This E320 Cabriolet is now offered for sale by the selling dealer in Darien Wisconsin with a first aid kit, multidisc CD changer in the trunk, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Oregon title.
The exterior is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) with gray lower body cladding and a chrome belt line. Features include an electrically-operated black fabric soft top with an electrically heated rear window. Exterior equipment includes headlamp wiper/washers, central locking, an automatic antenna, heated and power-adjustable door mirrors and a pop-up roll bar. Detailed photos of the body and soft top can be seen in the gallery.
This example wears polished-faced 15” 8-hole wheels wearing Michelin tires measuring 195/65 at all four corners with 2006 date codes. The A124 came standard with ABS and disc brakes.
The cabin is upholstered in Black Leather (261) and features matching black carpets and Burl Walnut wood trim which lines the center console, dashboard and door panels. There appear to be zero cracks in the veneer or sun damage. Both front seats are heated and power operated with minimal wear or discoloration. Interior appointments include automatic climate control, cruise control, a passenger airbag, functional automatic seat belt presenters, a power telescoping steering column, and a factory head unit with rear CD changer.
The four spoke steering wheel frames analog instrumentation including a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature and oil pressure. A digital outside temperature sensor can be found mounted below. The six-digit odometer shows just over 30k miles from new.
This A124 is powered by a 3.2-liter DOHC inline-six which produces 217 horsepower and 229 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission.

@PJCSTL. I do not without taking things apart. As you can see the top works flawlessly. If they were leaking the top would have problems functioning. Thanks!
Do you have any photos of the top hydraulics to verify none of them are leaking fluid?

$12,750 bid placed by @mbze63
@PJCSTL. That is not fluid! It is factory cosmoline! The undercarriage was wet in the photos however. No leaks of any kind on this one!
@GenevaMotorCars Thank you for the video. One other question - on the photos of the underbody it looks like a lot of fluid is on the lower engine and front suspension components - do you know if there is an oil or water leak? seems like insides of front tires are coated with something as well. Thanks.
@PJCSTL. The top video is uploaded! Works great! Everything works as it should. All buttons, accessories etc. everything works! Tires are older but have about 90% tread remaining and are without dry rot. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
A video of the top in operation has been added to the listing. @PJCSTL @GenevaMotorCars

Could you upload video of the top down/top up functioning? also can you verify with photos the top hydraulics are not showing any leaking? Are there any known defects or buttons/functions not working? (controls, lights, seat warmers, elec seat functions, hvac functions etc) Lastly, what are tread depths and can you get the tire mfg year posted as well. thanks.

Paint meter readings have been uploaded to the gallery.
@Stingray8429. I do not believe so. I will upload meter readings on Monday!!!
@jetson. As mentioned in the write-up the wiring harness has been replaced!
Has the driver side rear quarter panel had paint work?
Is the wiring harness the original? My guess is that it is and it may be ok because it hasn't been driven much and it wasn't in a hot climate. However I would want to replace it before it becomes impossible to get that harness.
@95Cab. I am not sure if the top hydraulics have been done or not. With that being said there are zero leaks of any kind. To the hydraulic rams we inspected. The top also functions beautifully. We don’t know a ton on this one other than it was a vacation car kept at the lake house. It was reportedly the owners price and joy, and honestly it shows it. The car is stunning. It is by far the nicest E320 cab I have ever come across!
$10,000 bid placed by @95Cab
Beautiful car. Have the top hydraulics been replaced? Good to see writing and head gasket done. What is the backstory on the car? How and where stored? Reason for selling? Thank you.
