I want to put in a good word in this car. I got to photo and video it for The MB Market and as an owner of a very sorted ‘81 500SL, this was probably the best one I’ve driven with the second best one being his blue one that sold a few months ago. This car is WONDERFUL. Please bid with confidence for guys who are buying sight unseen. It drives spectacularly well.

The soft top is in good shape. 8 out of 10. There is a small tear in the fabric between the left quarter window and the main rear window. The frame pinched it when it was being stowed.
Condition of the Soft top please

Terrific SL…I have owned two W113, and four R 107’s… i bought my ‘84 280,( 5speed) but kept my 380 as an overlapping test. There is a lovely response to there, and the 6 has a very pleasant exhaust sound. Im told these are Pierre Hedarys favorite R 107
