This long-wheelbase diesel is finished in Midnight Blue (904) with matching lower cladding and bumpers. Equipment includes a sliding sunroof with tile function, headlight wipers, and factory yellow fog lights. The windshield and all windows remain factory original from new. The seller notes some surface corrosion on the lower driver side corner of the rear window along with other details highlighted in the gallery. Under prior ownership, the car was fully repainted in the factory Midnight Blue color and the seller had the roof repainted to correct a scratch.
The OM603 3.5-liter turbodiesel inline-six was factory rated at 130 horsepower and 229 lb-ft of torque. Service under current ownership has been performed at Mercedes-Benz dealerships and by Pierre Hedary. Work includes guide rod replacement, steering inspection and drag link replacement, prechambers, chambers and injectors cleaning, a new vacuum pump, new glow plugs, new front brake calipers and hoses, front and rear brake pads, and a transmission service. Approximately 500 miles ago an oil and filter change was performed along with a new battery installed.

Thank you everyone, and thank you Sebastian, I'll be in touch soon.
Thanks to everyone who placed a bid or sent a comment and in particular to the lucky buyer who came to look at the car in person! Congrats to TheMBMarket too for the great plaform and excellent attention!
Thank you, I'm very excited, I have seen the car in person, and I was very impressed with the car and the seller, Sebastian was very knowledgeable and honest about everything. I feel confident purchasing this classic Mercedes.
Stolen for 7750. I had to beg my wife to get involved. Told her this one is 10 times better than the one I had for 10yrs of solid driving. Thought the reserve would have been much higher. Congrats @ehabviper. Super jealous.
Lol. Too rich. Reserve off at 4:49, high and winning bid at 4:50, at right about top of book. What are the odds...? Good luck to you all. Nice job.
Congrats @ehabviper!
Reserve is being lifted! Good luck and bid with confidence!

@ehabviper Hi! Sure, it is possible to see it tomorrow. I think there is an option where you can address me as seller privately (some other person did that ) and I can respond with my address. Otherwise I can ask MBMarket as I am sure there must be a way. Happy to provide my email or phone here, but also want to make sure I do not break any rule.
Hi there, I'm very interested in the vehicle and I would to check it out in person, let me know if it's possible to see it tomorrow (Sunday 28th), not sure how to private message you my phone number, or if it's even allowed, thank you in advance
@Mountainrd27 Sure! The light was the coolant reserve tank level warning which is extremely sensitive. As soon as the level drops just a bit in the tank it would lit, and of course it starts when you accelerate/de accelerate . I therefore try to keep it up to the max (safe) level all the time, what I forgot to check lately. Thank you for the questions!
Thanks for the video. Can you inform as to what the warning light was that popped up, right at the end of the video? Thanks again...
A driving video has been provided by the seller and added to the listing above.
Hi Everyone! I appreciate your interest. I will be hapy to answer any question and provide photos of any area you may be interested on. As requested, I will take a video of a drive
@Mountainrd27 I will definitely add a video of a drive. You are right. The exhaust may have been getting a bit noiser.
Good evening... A video of a drive would be very helpful...or did I miss it? Aside from the lumbering of that great engine, it kinda sounds like there may be a need for a new exhaust? Not a deal breaker if true, but definitely a factor in bidding. Thanks.

What a machine! Just beautiful. Good luck. The pinnacle of Mercedes-Benz
Damn... . I've been looking to replace my SDL that I let go due to space and jumped on a 99 E300d last week. The 606 engine is real step up but I having a hard time getting cozy with the styling. The 126 is by far the pinnacle of engineering and stlyle. I want this ride so bad, but the timing is off. Having Pierre sorting this beauty is a HUGE bonus. Rest assured it has a long life ahead of it. Buy with confidence...be curious how this ends up.
Rare 126 here. Great combination of engine and long wheelbase. Best of luck to the bidders out there.
Awesome MB!!!
