This 1994 Mercedes-Benz S600 was ordered as a Japanese market example and sold new in Japan to a Sony Entertainment executive. The first owner moved with the car to California in 2001 and in 2002 traded it to a Ferrari dealer in Southern California. It was purchased by the second owner from the dealer in Santa Rosa, California and kept under that owner’s care until the current owner purchased the car privately in 2020. The odometer currently shows 159,116 miles. Finished in Midnight Blue (904) over Exclusive Black and Grey Leather (541), this long wheelbase S600 features a power sunroof, power mirrors including the overhead unit, dual-zone climate control, front and rear power heated seats, soft-close doors, and close-assist trunk. Power comes from a 6.0-liter V12 and service within the last year includes new engine & transmission mounts, blower motor resistor, fuel pressure regulator, sway bar links, A/C compressor, and much more. This S600 is currently offered with factory literature, two keys, the original first aid kit, a stamped service booklet, up-to-date service records, and a clean Texas title.
Finished in Midnight Blue (904) with matching lower cladding, this example features clear corner lights, a monochromatic red tail light set, integrated yellow fog lamps, electric rear parking poles, a sunroof with tilt function, and amber fender markers. Noted flaws include two holes in the front bumper from a license plate bracket, a small touched up spot on the rear bumper, and light rock chips on the nose of the car. No dents or dings are noted in the body panels and no signs of clear coat failure are present.
The factory 16” wheels, originally chrome, have been Plastidipped in black coating. The seller notes the wheels were in good condition prior to the change and the chrome underneath shows well with no peeling or flaking. Kumho Ecsta LX tires are mounted and show 2016 date codes and measure 235/60 on all four corners. A full size spare wheel and tire are located in the trunk.
The cabin is trimmed in Exclusive Black and Grey Leather (541) and accented with Burl Walnut veneer across the dashboard, center console, door cards, shift surround, and steering wheel. Small cracks are visible in the steering wheel veneer along with the shifter surround. Ameneties include automatic climate control, heated seats, an electric rear roller blind, and heat insulating glass. The power folding and adjustable mirrors function as they should including the overhead rearview mirror. Power orthopedic seats all function properly including heating for both the front and rear seats. The original headliner is intact with no sagging and the original floor mats are included. An aftermarket bluetooth head unit has been installed along with a microphone attached to the A-pillar.
The analog odometer shows 159,116 miles. Instrumentation includes a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline, and a digital odometer with trip function. Additional gauges include oil temperature, fuel level, coolant temperature and an analog clock.
The 6.0-liter M120 48-valve V12 was rated at 389 horsepower and 420 ft-lbs of torque when new and paired with a 722.3 automatic four-speed transmission. A stamped service booklet is included with the car showing regular service for more than 20 years. Photos of the underside have been added to the gallery along with an additional walk around video.
Also included will be a very nice cotton lined car cover that has always been used to cover the car.
@JB1980 My thoughts exactly! Tons of potential with this one

I also have the orange corners and the headlamp wiper arms. If the car is sold to someone up north where winters are cold, I will also glady perform an oil service on the car switching from 20/50 to something lighter on the cold side.
Ya, well my plan was to put BBS Aero II on it or just 18inch Monoblocks and then the facelift grill :). The clear part of the taillight was a bit foggy. Thank you, the W140 V12 is a LOT of car.
I'd take the the plastidip off the wheels and grill, remove the red tint on the tail lights, and finally enjoy that sweet V12! Midnight Blue is such a great color on the W140

Hello MB Market. I am listing my 1994 S600. I found this car in Feb 2020 for sale during the pandemic while living in the Bay Area CA. The car was for the most part a daily driver in Santa Rosa CA for 20 years. It was in very nice shape, but needed a few service items that I took care of. I then shipped the car to my parents house in Texas, so it could be garaged until my contract was up. It was driven im good weather and weekends only. It still smells new inside. Feel free to message me, or post. Id be glad to chat on the phone with any questions. Thanks for looking and good luck!
