This 1995 Mercedes-Benz E320 Cabriolet was sold new in Missouri to the original owner in January of 1996. The car remained registered in Missouri through 2013 with subsequent registration in Florida and shows four total owners on the Carfax report. Finished in Smoke Silver Metallic (702) over Beige Leather (265), power is provided by a 3.2-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. Features include a power-retractable black soft top, factory eight-hole 15″ alloy wheels, headlight wipers, power-adjustable and heated front seats, cruise control, and automatic climate control. This A124 now shows 48k miles and is being represented by the selling dealer with two keys, factory literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Missouri title.
The car is finished in Smoke Silver Metallic (702) with matching bumpers and lower body cladding. Features include a black power-operated soft top, headlight wipers, power-adjustable side mirrors, and a power antenna. The black soft top features an electrically-heated glass rear window. The Carfax report show no signs of previous damage, and photos of the car with the top in both the up and down positions are provided in the gallery.
Factory 15″ eight-hole alloy wheels are shown wearing Cooper tires measuring 195/65 at all four corners. The wheels feature original painted center caps and don’t show any blemishes. The car is equipped with Acceleration Skid Control (ASR) as well as four-wheel disc brakes.
The seats are upholstered in Beige leather (265) with matching Beige carpets and original floor mats throughout and features burl wood trim on the dashboard, center console, and door panels. The wood trim shows some cracking around the shifter surround. Additional features include heated and power-adjustable front seats with memory functions, automatic climate control, and cruise control. Detailed photos of the cabin can be seen in the gallery below.
The airbag-equipped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a 7k-rpm tachometer with an inset analog clock, along with gauges for coolant temperature, fuel level, and oil pressure. The six-digit odometer now shows 48k miles on the analog odometer.
The 3.2-liter M104 inline-six was factory rated at 217 horsepower and 229 lb-ft of torque when new and sends power to the rear wheels via a four-speed automatic transmission. Some service records are offered with the cabriolet showing regular services.
The Carfax report lists no accidents or damage along with four registered owners since new. This E-class cabriolet is now offered with two keys, factory literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Missouri title.
Elegant, spacious, refined, and surprisingly entertaining to drive, it’s still regarded as one of the finest four-seater drop-tops there has ever been, and remains hugely sought after. It was based on the same shortened platform as the coupe and shared much of the hardtop's sheet metal. A huge amount of strengthening elements went into the structure, making the cabriolet impressively stiff by the standards of the day. It was extremely refined too, with a thick, heavy soft top that bolsters the timeless styling. This final year example shows tastefully in classic colors and a soft palette. Surely the next will watch values on cars like this rise as they continue to enjoy effortless motoring.

These A124's are very rare as they come - a low milage facelift car is always a good buy!
Additional photos of wood trim and hydraulic cylinder service have been added.

If anyone would like additional photos, or video please feel free to ask and I can get those added.
All hydraulic cylinders on the top were replaced last year, refilled, and bled fluid as well. Service document will be added shortly. Do not think the engine wiring has been replaced. Also want to mention this vehicle belonged to a SINGLE family all of its life before being purchased by the current owner.
Has the engine wiring been replaced? What has been done to the roof hydraulics? Any leaks?
