Proud to list these BBS RS, custom refurbished by Komatsu-san. This money no object build was performed back in 2021. it was one of the first jobs Komatsu-san perfomed for me. These started life as 5x114,3 wheels before Komatsu-san would lay eyes on these. He changed the PCD from 5x114,3mm to 5x112, despite the center backs not being flat, and refurbished all parts and hardware of these 3 piece wheels using his usual technique. He used the press fit techniaue to slightly modifiy the PCD without drilling holes, a very minute and expensive method that allow the wheels to retain their factory look. He also replated (not repolished) the bolts. These were an entertaining challenge for him, so he wrote a post about the work (in japanese) : https://www.do-blog.jp/otaru-radiator/article/2950/ Total cost of refurb 256080 JPY, which at the time was the equivalent of 2226 USD. barrels and centers have been repainted in AMG dark blue metallic. Lips have been polished and clearcoated. These will be a great fit for W124 and W201 cars. Shipping with hub rings to bring the center bore down to 66.56mm These are currently stored in France and will ship from France. Shipping to any EU country is a flat 149 EUR. Expedited shipping to North America is 590 USD.
@Sergey the boxes were standard double wall cardboard boxes. the issue came from the refurbishment job itself, performed by the former owner using spray cans. These were used wheels and priced accordlingly, about half the value of a refurbished set sold in the US. Unfortunately i am not involved in the claim processing of Yamato / UPS Japan, but i am involded in other ways that make shipping from Japan a lot more advantageous than expected.

Carlsson 2/5s are fairly common in W220 fitment but a staggered period correct R129 fitment is fairly rare and interesting. would love to see these fitted on a W210 too, would be a great match on such a rounder design @ClassicRider can't guarantee fitment unfortunately.

I'm firmly bullish on these. it might be the one wheel even seasoned wheel nerds didn't see coming. For instance Tony @alloywheeldirect doesn't show the correct visual on his site for these : https://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/mercedes_alloy_wheels/c_class_saloon_w203_alloys/18_amg_iii_2pc_wheel_382 even though his knowledge is unparalleled when it comes to wheels. It's very rare to find a 18" AMG multi piece wheel that wasn't made by BBS. these are bolt on for R170, C203 and of course W203 cars. These have the added advantage to take M12 bolt meaning they will fit most W124, W202, W210 chassis. For R129 cars I can't guarantee fitment, especially on V8 and V12 variants. finally shipping is offered at 490 USD for worldwide economy shipping. These are in great, usable condition from the get go. whoever is getting these is sure to get a very rare item at a killer price.

At the time these wheels were sold in Japan, Carlsson decided to only bring one type of Staggered 18" 3/6 wheels, but offer these spacers to accommodate a wider range of cars to fit these on.

@Hi_Power Appreciate the comment from a Lorinser connaisseur :) Komatsu-san is the nippon reference for complex, multi-piece and or magnesium wheel restoration. He has extensive experience working on Lorinser wheels and the finish you mentionned is no exeption. Find these RSK3s for an exemple of concentric machined finish : https://thembmarket.com/19-lorinser-rsk3-wheels-2 However if this finish works well on flat faces, in my honest opinion it does not work well with faces that show intricate design. Overall it looks a little overdone and distracting. Classic silver gives the right amount of attention to the faces so that they contrast nicely with the high polished lips.

@Socal600 Yes these would fit as stock offset for W140 and C215 is very similar and the C215 chassis also takes m14 bolt wheels. So, bolt-on !
these have been restored by Komatsu-san, one of the foremost wheel refurbishment shops here in Japan, for a cost of 160,000 yen or 1079 USD, as per latest rate. Komatsu-san knows these Lorinser RSK3s quite well, that is why he was able to replicate the seemingly machined finish on the centers so accurately.

Proud to list these BBS RS, custom refurbished by Komatsu-san. This money no object build was performed back in 2021. it was one of the first jobs Komatsu-san perfomed for me. These started life as 5x114,3 wheels before Komatsu-san would lay eyes on these. He changed the PCD from 5x114,3mm to 5x112, despite the center backs not being flat, and refurbished all parts and hardware of these 3 piece wheels using his usual technique. He used the press fit techniaue to slightly modifiy the PCD without drilling holes, a very minute and expensive method that allow the wheels to retain their factory look. He also replated (not repolished) the bolts. These were an entertaining challenge for him, so he wrote a post about the work (in japanese) : https://www.do-blog.jp/otaru-radiator/article/2950/ Total cost of refurb 256080 JPY, which at the time was the equivalent of 2226 USD. barrels and centers have been repainted in AMG dark blue metallic. Lips have been polished and clearcoated. These will be a great fit for W124 and W201 cars. I'm firmly bullish on these. it might be the one wheel even seasoned wheel nerds didn't see coming. For instance Tony @alloywheeldirect doesn't show the correct visual on his site for these : https://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/mercedes_alloy_wheels/c_class_saloon_w203_alloys/18_amg_iii_2pc_wheel_382 even though his knowledge is unparalleled when it comes to wheels. It's very rare to find a 18" AMG multi piece wheel that wasn't made by BBS. these are bolt on for R170, C203 and of course W203 cars. These have the added advantage to take M12 bolt meaning they will fit most W124, W202, W210 chassis. For R129 cars I can't guarantee fitment, especially on V8 and V12 variants. finally shipping is offered at 490 USD for worldwide economy shipping.
