I don't think it was smoked in, no odors at all, the front and rear ashtrays and lighters look like they were never used.
I will try and get you pics. tomorrow. The front sunvisor mirror assembly are available separately from the visors approx. $60 each. The front struts look to be original by the way the air lines attach at the top of the struts. The car has been sitting for approx. two weeks now and has not dropped. It also does not drop after putting the car back on the ground after being on the lift. The entire suspension is also very quiet and rides very nice. Paul Kieffer

This car is part of a collection that the owner of multiple Dealers [VW,Toyota,Chevy] was collecting. He passed and the cars are now being checked and sold. Rlanning, I am unable to get a picture to you at this time. Can assure you it is an original brown factory soft top in excellent cond. as are all three windows. I will try to get pics to you this week. Paul
The paint measures 3-3.5, It all looks, and feels, to be original with no tape edges or overspray. Also all vin # tags are on all panels. No obvious frame damage or repairs.
Dean, The soft top is original and in excellent condition as are the windows. I don't think it was used much at all . the seals on the outside areas of the storage compartment that normally show wear are excellent. Thanks, Paul Kieffer

Meantime, the main part of the hood insulation is new I'll take a picture of it.,the rear area below the w/washer nozzles is not there, I'm not sure if it is available. The full picture of the engine compartment shows alot, the one of the engine oil dipstidck and P/S belts was taken to show the the date of 3/87 on the belt. What other pictures of engine compartment would you like? Paul
Please answer previous questions about ABC suspension,was the fluid changed, any previous repairs and does ABC function properly. Is there a mark on the body paint in the R/R wheel picture to the front of the wheel well? Are there any imperfections in the clear coat that commonly show with silver metallic? Is that damage to the left interior A pillar trim panel? The window seal also looks to possibly have damage in the same picture. Does keyless entry work properly? Thank You, Paul K.

@pjkieff Rippeldrew, The only thing I see is very slight overspray on some clips under the bumper. If youclick on the +88 pictures the next to last pictures show overspray on clips which would tell me the bumper was repainted , not replaced. Paul
