This E55 is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) and features AMG bodywork including sculpted bumpers, side skirts, factory rolled fenders, and dual AMG exhaust outlets. Additional equipment includes xenon headlights with headlamp washers, fog lights, a glass sunroof with tilt function, painted mirror caps, and factory smoked tail lights. Aftermarket clear front corner lights have been added. There are no signs of corrosion on the car as reinforced by its California history. The seller notes the hood, passenger fender, roof, and trunk to have received paintwork previously. Detailed photos can be found in the gallery.
Staggered 18″ AMG Monoblock wheels are mounted and fitted with new Continental tires measuring 245/40 up front and 275/35 in the rear with 2021 date codes. A spare tire is mounted beneath the trunk floor along with the factory toolkit. New brake pads and rotors were recently installed.
The cabin is finished in Black Leather (521) adorning the power-adjustable heated front seats, rear seats, door cards, and steering wheel. Birdseye maple wood trim accents the dashboard, center console, and door panels with fading noted along with cracks at the shifter surround and cupholder. Other amenities include a factory Becker head unit, dual-zone automatic climate control, rain-sensing windshield wipers, and a power rear sunshade. The seller notes cracking in the dashboard around the passenger airbag. OEM reproduction floor mats are installed in the footwells.
The AMG leather-wrapped steering wheel frames an AMG branded 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 121k miles with all working pixels in the digital displays for temperature and time.
From the factory, the 5.4-liter M113 V8 is rated at 354 horsepower and 391 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission. Recent service includes an oil & filter change, new brake pads and rotors, new motor mounts, and new tires. The included history report shows some additional oil changes and services since new.
The Carfax report shows a clean history and linear mileage updates with registration in California since new. This E55 AMG currently shows 121k miles and is offered by the seller with factory literature, partial service records, one key, a recent Carfax report, and a clean California title.

@khatch Is that the same paint issues in #80, and #81? Were these added recently? Or were they there at the beginning?
45 minutes left!!! Orange County, California car it's entire life! No rust at all.
@Smcase22 it's not the entire car, it's just on top of the doors. It's more on the driver side. Only thing I could think of that would of caused it is the California sun. Seems more noticeable in the bright sun, you can't really tell in shade. I did have my detail guy do a complete detail and ceramic about 6-7 months ago. I'd be happy to get it washed and detailed for new owner before pick up.
In picture #79 it looks like the paint is fading pretty bad. Is that indicative of the entire car? Just on both drivers side doors? Any idea what caused this?? I have never seen this on a Merc before. Was this car Ceramic coated maybe? Acid washed?
@khatch @smcase22 Idk what his problem is. I'm just bidding on the shiny Mercedes 😆 I love the w210s. I've had this exact car twice. Legend status and reliability
@Davestyle there is a contact seller button at the top of the page. Please click on that and it will send me an email.
@Smcase22 LOL I don't know about that but I do understand your tactics. No hard feelings at all. These W210 E55's are becoming harder and harder to find. Just FYI I do have Hagerty insurance on this car and they valued it at $25,000. I'm sure the new owner will get the same if not more.
@Davestyle and now you're paying $13k. Enjoy!
@smcase22 weird cus you bid $12500.
@khatch I would too. This was an $8-$9k dollar car tops. Good for you!
@smcase22 at these prices I don't need to see the car. But if it goes higher I wanna know it's value. No need to be rude.... Good luck dude!!
What's your email?
RESERVE is OFF! One day left! Highest bidder will be the new owner! Happy Biddings Everyone and thank you for all the bids and comments. Please feel free to ask any questions, I will keep checking in to make sure I answer all questions.

I see those now. The Dash Pad will have to be replaced. Do you have the pad or just a cover?
@Smcase22 it's not too bad, I uploaded close ups of the dash as well. Should be on this site soon.
I see a few cracks in dash. Is it in bad shape?
I also have a dash cover that is brand new and never installed. I personally couldn't do it but I know some may love it. You can see it in trunk photo on the right side. I can upload a better picture if anyone would like it.
@Smcase22 Sorry, I do not have any invoices. The hood, roof and trunk was painted by a body in Hollywood, CA. They are the only shop I let work on my cars, I've used them for over 15 years. As far as the fender, it was done by the previous owner. If you are near by, you are more than welcome to come inspect and drive the car.
Can you post the invoice for that work. Where was the work done?
@Smcase22 I had the hood, roof and trunk painted right after I purchased it. Clear coat was starting to fade so I got it redone. Noticed the right front fender was also previously painted and you can see the cracks in the paint. Hard to see in the photos but you can tell if you look at it up close. I didn’t notice it until I picked it up from the shop. I was going to take back for the shop to fix that and cover the license plate holes in the front bumper but I’ve been busy with work and I never got around to do so.
Notes say there was previous paint work. What was done?
@Smcase22 sorry for the delay, I tried uploading close up pictures of the wheels but I don’t see them yet. I just contacted support for some help. Feel free to email me and I could send them to you that way as well.
@Smcase22 yes, crack in the wood veneer was there when I purchased it. I will get you close up photos of the wheels first thing tomorrow morning.
Was the cracked wood veneer cracked when you got the car? I haven't seen this before.
Can you please send close ups of the wheels blemishes? hard to tell if the paint is peeling or if there are deep scratches. Thanks.

Hello, thanks in advance for looking and bidding. This is my 2000 E55, I’m hoping it goes to a good home and will continue getting great care. Please feel free to ask any questions on here or hit the contact seller. I will do my best to answer right away. Also any additional pictures please feel free to ask. If you are local or would like to send an inspector I will make time and meet up. Drives amazing, extremely smooth with lots of power. No mechanical issues at all. Brakes, rotors, tires all around have less than 1000 miles. Oil and filter changed two months ago. Motor mounts were replaced about a year ago. I do have the original orange front bumper side lights. I also have the front bumper license plate bracket. Windows were tinted 3 months ago. I believe they were 15 or 20% all around. Flaws: headliner towards the rear is starting to sag, some of the interior wood trim have cracks, radio is sometimes staticky but the cd changer works great. Left rear 1/4 has paint chip, front bumper has scratches but if you put the license plate bracket it will cover it, right front fender looks like it has cracks in the paint. Missing Mercedes emblem on the engine cover. It’s in amazing condition for a 23 year old car, I believe in being transparent and I wouldn’t want the new owner to get any surprises. A/C gets ice cold and heater gets extremely hot.
