This 2006 Mercedes-Benz S350 was first delivered by Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach in April 2006. The car remained in Palm Beach, Florida with the original owner until the selling dealer acquired the car in early 2021 and shows consistent service records from Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach throughout the owner's tenure. This example is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) over an Anthracite Leather (271) cabin. Power comes from a 3.7-liter M112 V6 paired to a five-speed automatic transmission. Features include soft close doors, Airmatic suspension, and an original COMAND head unit with Navigation. This S350 shows only 19,357 miles on the odometer and is offered by the selling dealer with the original window sticker, two keys, original manufacturer's literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.
The bodywork is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) and reportedly shows nicely with no indications of body work since new. The exterior features headlamp washers, rearview mirror LED signals, and painted alloy wheels. All the glass on this example is original and shows no signs of cracking, pitting, or delamination.
Silver-finished 17″ alloy wheels measure 17x7.5 on all four corners and are shown with Continental PureContact tires measuring 225/55. The wheels on the passenger side of the car show signs of light curb rash while the drivers side wheels present with no blemishes. More than 80 percent tread remains on all four tires.
The cabin is trimmed in Anthracite Leather (271) across the seats, door cards, and armrest while Chestnut veneer adorns the center console, dashboard, and door trim. Interior features include dual zone climate control, a glass sunroof, steering wheel mounted infotainment buttons, and vanity mirrors for all four seats. The car remains fully original and still retains the factory COMAND, original carpet floor mats, first aid kit, and original tool kit.
The digital odometer shows 19,357 original miles. Instrumentation includes a 160-mph speedometer, a 6500-rpm tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline, and a digital odometer with trip function. Additional gauges include fuel level, coolant temperature, and a digital readout showing external temperature. A digital clock is positioned at the right side of the cluster with a display for transmission mode and gear.
The 3.7-liter M112 V6 was rated at 242 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque when new and is paired with a 722.6 5G-Tronic five-speed automatic transmission. The included Carfax report shows consistent service history with Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach and linear mileage updates. The most recent service performed by the selling dealer includes a new air conditioning compressor. In 2020, the dealer replaced front air struts and performed a four wheel alignment.

It’s difficult not to love an S350 as it was positioned in the US market. While our European counterparts are innately accustomed to this model, the US market saw this car for one model year under limited production and very few were produced at that. The S350 was only available as a short wheelbase and could be had with virtually no options and was nearly copied over as a taxi-spec. While this may seem like an odd buy, it should be noted the S350’s MSRP was in the $60k range and some E-Classes could outweigh the price tag in the showroom making the S350 a very tempting choice. As a W220, these cars offered unparalleled comfort and safety but with the 3.7L M112 achieved admirable fuel economy. Ask us and this is a solid choice for those considering low mileage W211’s but want a larger cabin and more power.
