This 1995 Mercedes-Benz E320 is finished in Black (040) over Black (261) leather and powered by a 3.2-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes an electrically-powered sliding sunroof w/tilt, power-adjustable front seats, Tempomat cruise control, automatic climate control, and a factory Becker cassette stereo. This W124 shows just over 143k miles, 15,000 of which have been added by the seller over the last 18 months, and is being offered at No Reserve with a new wiring harness, two keys, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Florida title.
The car is finished in Black (040) with contrasting gray lower cladding and bumpers. The car features a metal sunroof and foglights built into the primary headlight housings. The seller notes a small scratch on the rear passenger door that has previously been touched up as well as prior repainting of the hood and rear driver’s door.
Factory 15″ wheels were replaced by 18” AMG Aero II Monoblock wheels wearing 225/40 Hankook Ventus tires that show date codes from 2019. This example also includes a set of six (6) original OEM 15” 8-hole alloy wheels included with the sale. Photos of the original wheels, as well as various other spare/additional parts, are included in the gallery.
The cabin features power-adjustable front seats and a rear bench upholstered in Black leather (261) with matching carpeting. The seller notes that seat bottom inserts for the front seats were professionally replaced under his ownership and bolster wear on the driver’s seat and seat bottom is noted in the gallery. An alcantara/suede headliner was added by the current owner. Zebrano wood veneer accents the dash, center console, and door panels. This example also includes a set of Mercedes-branded black carpet floormats. Additional amenities include a power sunroof, cruise control, automatic climate control, folding rear headrests, and a factory Becker cassette stereo.
Instrumentation consists of a 160-mph speedometer and a 7k-rpm tachometer with an integrated clock as well as gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows just over 143k miles, of which approximately 15,000 have been added by the seller over the past 18 months.
The 3.2-liter M104 inline-six produced 217 horsepower and 229 lb-ft of torque when new. The engine wiring harness was replaced under previous ownership, and the present owner has replaced the throttle body, e-gas cruise/idle module, flex discs, water pump, alternator, starter, AC compressor, fuel filter, spark plugs, plug wires, radiator, thermostat, and both fuel pumps. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed automatic transmission.
Additional photos of the underside are provided in the gallery below.
A walkaround & driving video of the car is viewable below showing a cold start and acceleration among others.
The April 2021 Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and displays service/ownership history and linear mileage updates in California and Florida through the most recent entry in February 2021. This W124 is now being offered at No Reserve with a clean Carfax report, manufacturer’s literature, two sets of keys, six OEM 15” 8-hole wheels and various additional parts as depicted in the gallery.

I want to thank the seller @asccfl for the great car. I drove it from Tampa ,FL area to Potomac ,MD without a single issue. There are a couple of things I did not like, but overall a great car and I could not ask for a better seller.
You could find a set of OEM rims and sell the monoblocks and really be in it cheap!!
A very good buy, in my humble opinion!
@selski bought a set of Monoblocks that came with a free car! Sweet!
Now the fun part begins, telling my wife what had just happened :)
Stolen 4 sure

Someone is stealing this car ☹️☹️
You can't buy a nice set of these monoblocks anymore for less than $2k plus tires. This has my tempted... someone please stop me
Love that this will outlast almost anything else on the road in this price point or $50k. Tempted to grab it and never worry about a daily again.

Take note that the wiring harness has been replaced. That's the only real weak point for these cars and adds a lot of value.
Loving this for all the right reasons. Mercedes reliability and and design at it's best!
Hello all, Just wanted to let everyone know I had a fresh oil change performed this morning! Happy bidding & always here if you have any questions for me!
@TER55 Thanks very much for the kind words. That's a great question, and I wasn't sure myself so I looked in the service/maintenance booklet. There are five stamps, yes (from when the car was pretty new - nothing since.) I took photos of them, if you would like me to have them uploaded to the listing? Thanks & all the best.
@asccfl Nice looking example. Can you tell me if the owner's booklet has any original service stamps/records in it?

@gsxr yes. I was referring to the write-up that included the instant economy, for correction. Also, your name looks familiar. Maybe from another auction site, haha.
The economy (vacuum) gauge at the bottom of the fuel/oil/temp gauge pod ended with 1991 USA model year, IIRC. This car does not have one, and should not, so all is well. :)
Instant economy on W124s ended in the early 90s, but didn’t carry over to the facelift model.
