I suspect that a previous owner installed that. To my knowledge, no W108 ever had that radio. I've only ever seen it in W109s after 35 years of messing with these cars. The US W108 4.5 usually had the Becker Europa II. The Grand Prix was set up for an auxiliary source, which is probably the channel that you are using to add bluetooth. I am pretty sure that the Europa II did not have the auxiliary port.
The Becker Grand Prix is a very nice upgrade!
