Because this car was originally bound for the Canadian market, does it exhibit any differentiating traits as compared to a US spec car? Was it first registered in the United States and then only in US? My only wonder is trying to register this one in CA and if I would be able to with ease ... such a great ride!
This S looks to be begging to be driven across the country on an epic couple of day road trip. Any reason you'd suggest not making that drive right away upon pickup @GenevaMotorCars ? Looks well sorted, new tires, air suspension, gaskets, etc. Seems ready. Any shots of undercarriage to follow? Looks like she was a FL car so curious to know if any parts have anything more than 'surface rust' under there ... nice car.
Beautiful big-body coupe here! The 18" wheels do look fitting on this car, but the purest in me wants to put the originals back on with some fresh rubber. Looking forward to hearing someone talk about the wiring harness on this vehicle; from the images it looks like it was replaced at some time in the not so distant past? Interior presents very well. Cool to see the old photo of the car, it almost looks to be different color body cladding back then, but it was probably an effect from the camera that makes it appear more 'teal green' ... to confirm this is an S600, and not a 600SEC (as mentioned in the 'market insights' section?) S600 coupe was new for 1994 ... Last Q: was the entire car repainted for the body work on the trunk? Or just the rear of the car?
