This 2000 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) over Black Leather (521) upholstery, and power is provided by a 5.4-liter V8 mated to a five-speed automatic transmission. The car while initially destined for the Canadian market was sold new to the first owner in Washington state where it resided through 2014. Subsequent registrations are noted in Arizona. Equipment includes xenon headlights, a glass sunroof, heated and multi-contour front seats, memory settings, cruise control, automatic climate control, a rear sunshade, and a Bose cassette stereo. The odometer currently reads just under 47k original miles. The included Carfax shows 17 service history records since new, the majority of which indicate dealer service. The selling dealer, in preparation for the sale, spent an additional $3,500 to ensure the car is ready for a new owner. This E55 AMG is now offered with manufacturer's literature, recent service records, the original tool roll, a clean Carfax report, a data card, and a clean Arizona title.
The exterior is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) and comes fitted with an AMG body kit including sculpted front and rear bumpers, side skirts, factory rolled fenders, and twin chrome exhaust outlets. Additional features include xenon headlights, headlight sprayers, power-adjustable mirrors, rain-sensing wipers, and a glass sunroof. All rubber seals are in excellent condition and there are no signs of rust or corrosion anywhere on the body. The dealer notes the right front fender to have received paintwork.
Chrome-finished 18″ AMG Aero II Monoblock wheels are wrapped in 245/40 front and 275/35 rear Falken tires. The wheels present well with no major blemishes and complete chrome finish.
The cabin features seats upholstered in Black AMG Exclusive leather (521) along with matching door panels and head rests. Birdseye maple trim accents the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Additional amenities include heated and multi-contour front seats, memory settings, cruise control, automatic climate control, a power rear-window sunshade, and a Bose cassette stereo with a trunk-mounted six-disc CD changer. Original E55 AMG velour floor mats are included.
The multifunction steering wheel is covered in two-tone leather and frames an AMG-branded 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer, along with gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 47k original miles and shows all functioning pixels in the digital ambient temperature gauge and clock.
The naturally aspirated 5.4-liter M113 V8 produced 349 horsepower and 391 lb-ft. of torque when new. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission. The included Carfax shows 17 service history records since new, the majority of which indicate dealer service. The selling dealer, in preparation for the sale, spent an additional $3,500 to ensure the car is ready for a new owner. Detailed photos of the engine bay, underside, and records are included in the gallery.

@jasper_stokes. I am still rather baffled. It's not a judgment call when it is fact. We bought brand new tires and mounted/ balanced them. This is shown in the attached repair order, described in the write-up, and stated multiple times in the comments. I answered the years that the new tires that we mounted were produced. You never asked for the week, and to be honest I have never had a buyer ask for the week of production in my 10 years in the business. I will just chalk it up to you possibly trying to rationalize why you didn't bid higher. There's always next time...@GenevaMotorCars I requested the 4 digit date codes. Twice. I did not want a judgement call like "new" or "just bought them" or "great."@GenevaMotorCars something about leading a horse to water...@jasper_stokes. Did you see my comment back to you at 2:08 PM on March 17th? Did you see the invoice with documentation of new tires being mounted? Did you see my other 2 comments about the tires being new? Really confused how I “impacted your confidence”. Really want to know if I am missing something there. Thanks!Am around contact me please if still live [email protected]What a waste..... My confidence in the seller was impacted by his refusal to provide the codes on the tires. (That I asked for twice). I would have gone much higher. Congratulations to the buyer!Congrats to whom concern and for all to see such a beauty, God bless. Also to the seller I wonder if the bidder not go through consider me as a buyer. Thanks for the reply @GenevaMotorCars This E55 would be a mighty enjoyable addition to the stable - this would be an upgrade over my current 2002 E430 in Desert Silver Metallic, which I also love. W210 ... some of the best.@westnewportBB. There are virtually zero differences with the US spec car and this. In order to be imported/ registered in the US it has to pass all US safety and emission standards. This one does that and was registered in Washington starting back in 2000! There should be no issues registering/ titling this in California. Please let me know if there are any other questions!Because this car was originally bound for the Canadian market, does it exhibit any differentiating traits as compared to a US spec car? Was it first registered in the United States and then only in US? My only wonder is trying to register this one in CA and if I would be able to with ease ... such a great ride!@jasper_stokes. As mentioned, we put new tires on it. I would imagine they are 25/26 date codes. I will confirm tomorrow. Thanks!$12,250 bid placed by @Jasonsamudio

@Jasper_Stokes. The tires are brand new! We replaced them as part of our servicing.I am a proud owner of a '97 w210 E50 AMG and I am so happy to see w210 E55 love growing each year! The car is making such a huge comeback, its wonderful. As much as I love my E50 AMG, that M113 engine of the E55 is just awesome. Car drives awesome and I always thought it was far superior to the E39 BMW M5 that it competed against when it came out. Hope this car has a good selling price and goes to a GREAT owner! What are the date codes on the rubber?$10,500 bid placed by @benmcgreevy19
