This 2001 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG was sold new in Texas in September 2000. The car relocated to California in October 2001 where it has remained ever since. The car is finished in Brilliant Silver (744) over Black Leather (521) and powered by an AMG-supercharged 5.4-liter M113k paired with an AMG five-speed automatic transmission which was swapped from a 46k-mile 2008 SL55 AMG with the P30 Performance Package. The car underwent an extensive refurbishment in 2025 and included both aesthetic and mechanical upgrades throughout with over $30k invested according to the receipts. Equipment includes Xenon headlamps, heated multi-contour front seats, a BOSE stereo with original Becker head unit, dual-zone automatic climate control, original E55 AMG floor mats, and 19" Carlsson 2/6 wheels. Additional recent service includes a suspension overhaul, all fresh fluids and filters, window regulators, upgraded SLK55 AMG brakes, engine and transmission mounts, flex disc, center bearing, and much more. This supercharged AMG W210 currently shows 162k miles and is offered by the seller with factory literature, two keys, a Carfax report, service records, and a clean Arizona title.
This E55 is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) from the factory and underwent a full repaint in 2025 with photo documentation in the gallery. The car features AMG bodywork including sculpted bumpers, factory rolled fenders, and extended side skirts. Additional equipment includes factory-optioned Xenon headlamps with heated washers, front and rear fog lamps, a glass sunroof with tilt function, factory smoked tail lights, and dual AMG exhaust outlets. In addition to a full repaint, addition restoration work includes all new weatherstripping and seals, new OEM side mirrors, fog lights, front grille, bumper mesh grilles, and front windshield. The body is reported to be in excellent condition with no rust or blemishes noted.
Original AMG Monoblock wheels have been replaced with authentic 19” Carlsson 2/6 wheels which are wrapped in new Michelin Pilot Sport tires. The suspension was overhauled with new upper and lower control arms, Bilstein shocks, rear artms, all bearings, and H&R springs in the rear with factory E55 front springs. The brake system has also been upgraded to SLK55 AMG rotors with six-piston front and four-piston rear AMG calipers.
The leather and carbon-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates just over 161k miles and shows all working pixels in the digital clock display.
This W210 has been fitted with a supercharged 5.4-liter M113k V8 which was swapped from a 2008 Mercedes-Benz SL55 AMG equipped with the rare P30 Performance Package. The standard P30 package provided increased power to 510 horsepower and 531 lb-ft of torque. Power is estimated to be around 600 horsepower with the current tune. The original five-speed automatic transmission was replaced with the matching AMG transmission from the same SL55. The donor SL55 was reported to have 46k miles at the time of the swap which was performed at the Mercedes-Benz dealer in Newport Beach by the car's owner, a certified Master MB technician. The engine was disassembled during the swap and received new rod bearings, main bearing, water pump, thermostat, and oil pump. The engine and transmission mounts were also replaced along with rear subframe bushings, including the differential mount bushings. Additional work includes all new fluids and filters, a new driveshaft, flex disc, and center bearing along with O2 sensors and catalytic converters. A VRP front mount intercooler is mounted behind the lower grille with a Johnson Marine pump for the supercharger. All plastic clips, nuts, and bolts were replaced during the rebuild. A new battery was installed in April 2026.
