Features include a dark blue soft top, a removable hardtop, fog lights, a Becker cassette stereo, electric windows, central locking, and automatic climate control. In preparation for the sale, the car received a fresh oil and filter change, and partial records for service and recent work will be included. Now showing 106k miles, this R107 is now offered by the seller with a tool kit, spare gullideckel wheels, a Carfax report, and a clean Washington title.
The car is finished in Nautical Blue Metallic (929) and features a paint-matched removable hardtop along with a dark blue soft top. Both the hardtop seals and soft top were replaced within the last 2 years. Additional exterior features include fog lights, a power antenna, and chrome-accented bumpers and trim. The Carfax report lists two damage reports in 2010 and the seller states there is currently no visible evidence of prior repair work. Extensive photos are provided in the gallery showing the details of the car.
Factory chrome 15″ eight-hole alloy wheels are mounted with 205/65 Bridgestone Turanza tires with 2014 date codes. The car was factory-equipped with power steering, fully independent suspension, and power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes. A spare set of wheels are included in the sale which consist of 3 OEM chrome gullideckels and one silver painted aftermarket gullideckel.
The interior is upholstered in Palomino leather (274) and shows matching carpets and door cards with a black upper dashboard and steering wheel. Interior appointments include a Becker Grand Prix AM/FM/cassette stereo, electric windows, central locking, and automatic climate control. Original burl wood trim accents the center console and the dash is clean with no cracks.
The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation consisting of a 170-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, a clock, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, fuel economy, and fuel level. The six-digit odometer shows just over 106k miles.
The 5.5-liter V8 was factory rated at 227 horsepower and 279 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed automatic transmission with a limited-slip differential. An oil and filter change was recently performed in preparation for the sale. A service in September 2023 included new spark plugs and a new starter. In 2019 the power steering fluid was flushed, along with a transmission service and new steering gear which included an alignment. Partial records are included in the sale.
