This 2003 Mercedes-Benz E320 is a one-owner example from Louisiana with only 35k miles from new. Finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) over Ash Leather (838), power is provided by a 3.2-liter V6 paired with a five-speed automatic transmission which sends power to the rear wheels. Features include a power sunroof, power-adjustable front seats with memory, dual-zone automatic climate control, premium sound, and CD changer. The Carfax report shows 30 service history records including a new fuel pump and brake fluid flush in 2023. The most recent service in preparation for the sale included a new fuel tank pressure sensor, front lower ball joints and lower control arms. This rear wheel drive E320 sedan is now offered by the selling dealer in New Orleans, Louisiana with factory literature, partial service records, two original keys, the original window sticker, a one-owner Carfax report, and a clean Louisiana title.

The car is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) and features fog lights, a power sunroof, auto dimming mirrors, and a heated washer system. The seller notes some minor scratches on the bumpers and a small ding on the driver-side rear quarter panel. The headlight lenses are clean and clear and the paint is reported to be in good condition with no fading.

Factory 16″ alloy wheels wear Continental ContiProContact tires measuring 225/55 that show date codes from 2014. The car rides on traditional springs and shocks with recent maintenance in October 2026 including new front lower ball joints and control arms. The brake fluid was flushed in 2023 and new front brake pads and rotors were installed in 2022.

The cabin features seats upholstered in Ash Leather (838) with matching door panels and carpets along with burl walnut wood trim on the dashboard, center console, shifter, and doors. Equipment includes power-adjustable front seats with memory, a glass sunroof, automatic climate control, premium sound, and a CD player. The seller notes the radio is currently inoperable. The leather shows in good condition with no tears or major creasing. The factory literature comes with the car in the leather binder.

The multifunction leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, an analog clock, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer shows just over 35k miles, nearly all of which have been added by the original owner.

The 3.2-liter M112 V6 produced 221 horsepower and 232 lb-ft of torque when new. A five-speed speedshift 722.6 automatic transmission sends power to the rear wheels. A new fuel tank pressure sensor was installed in October 2026 along with the aforementioned front suspension work. Prior service includes a new battery, engine oil service, and blower motor resistor in 2024, along with a new fuel tank, fuel level sending unit, and pump in 2023.

The Carfax report shows only one owner and linear mileage updates from new. An accident report is noted in August 2008 with repair documentation provided in the receipts in the gallery. The original window sticker shows standard specs and options with an original MSRP of over $51k in 2003. Included in the sale are partial service records, factory literature, two original keys, the original window sticker, and a clean Louisiana title.

The MB Market Insights

These early M112-powered W211s with low mileage are actually pretty rare to see today. And to top that with a one-owner history gets into some very rare air. These cars are highly capable and incredibly comfortable daily drivers. Considering the insane price tag and depreciation of newer cars today, not to mention the over complicated technology and features, cars like this make us stop and realize what we've lost. There's no airmatic suspension to fail, forced induction woes, or giant plastic screens to creak or lock you out of every comfort feature. The M112 V6 is as reliable as a rooster at dawn and is economical puttering around town or ripping across states on a road trip. There's enormous value here. New Civic for $30k or luxury W211 E-class with one owner and 35k miles for much less? Don't think too long or it'll be gone!
