@SL55rocket I just took about 30 photos of the undercarriage and am in the process of adding them to the listing.  Everything is dry (and even pretty clean), with only small cases of minor surface corrosion here and there.  Bushings all look pretty good.  Ditto the driveshaft connectors at either end.  No brake fluid or oil leaks at all.  Just an all around great car.  

@SL55rocket The fog light blemish was nothing -- just a smudge of something that wiped off easily.  All 4 rims have some damage, but the 2 on the driver side the damage is extraordinarily minimal / almost unnoticeable.  I don't have any pics of the underside at this time, but I need a break from work anyway so I'll take a ride to my local shop and see if they aren't too busy and can put it on a lift for me.

@SL55rocket  Hi there.  There is no blemish over the fog light; that is either a reflection or a smudge.  I"ll double check after I post this and -- if I was wrong -- I'll update this.   I think only 2 (maybe 3) rims have a little damage, but I suppose if you are looking for absolute perfection it might be fair to say all 4 have some minor defect.  I'll double check this as well.  To be clear and as mentioned previously this car, up until recently, more or less been a daily driver and there is/are imperfections in the exterior commensurate with a 2010 model year owned/driven under those circumstances, though I think I was an exceptionally loving and careful owner.  The first accident was in late 2015 as I recall.  I was proceeding through an all-way stop controlled intersection when the person in front of me stopped very abruptly, causing damage primarily to the front bumper cover and the driver side headlight.  The cover was replaced and the headlight was as well.   The second accident wasn't really an accident all -- the car was very lightly tapped in a rear-end accident at very very low speed.  However, the guy that hit me was a total dick, so I pressed charges and I think that is why it appeared on the CarFax.  There were actually no repairs made to the car.  However, I did eventually (like last year) replace the rear bumper cover as well, because it was getting beat up looking, having lived in downtown Philly for a period of time can do that to a car.  So, in closing, the exterior is not perfect but very respectable for a 2010 MY car, the accidents were very minimal, and the car runs great and is a true pleasure to drive.  It tracks straight, rolls smooth, shifts without consequence, has no warning lights, etc.  It honestly drives nicer than my 2015 E class.

@edisonGTI   Yes, they are rarely seen in the US.  They were available only from 2008 to 2011 and only as a C300 and only as RWD.

Hello everyone and thanks for looking at my car.  I will be checking in often to see if there are any questions I can answer.

Here are a few things worth mentioning to supplement the listing:

I am the 2nd owner of this car and have owned it for nearly 10 years.  It's pretty hard to find a 2-owner W204 chassis, because they pass hands a lot, but this car is really special to me so I held onto it for almost a decade -- longer than any other car I've owned in my 51 years.

I am a professional engineer and like to think I care more about my car than any one else on the planet, so I've done a great deal of maintenance on the car myself, including most of the oil changes, brake work, filter changes, and more.  Oil changes have always been with Mobil 1 (the weird, MB approved spec, in fact) and brake work has always been with OEM parts.  The front rotors, rear rotors, and pads all around were done in the last year or so (it's in the maintenance log book, which I left in the garage as I write this).  I even replaced the emergency brake shoes in the rear wheels while I had everything apart (nobody does this).

This car was spec'd from the factory with only one option -- the heated seats.  I personally added most of the factory upgrades in the car, including the real wood trim usually only found on the C63, genuine C63 rims (I have extras of those to be sold outside of this sale, incidentally), the crazy-expensive OEM illuminated door sills (those were installed by a dealer), the NAV head unit and factory rear camera set up and more.  Interesting tid bit:  the NAV head unit includes a 6-changer and larger color NAV display, both of which generate more heat than the lesser units.  Careful investigation revealed that there was a supplement fan and associated mini ductwork behind the dash required to keep the unit cool and I personally installed all of that (again, using all OEM parts).

The car has been my daily driver since I bought it, though I don't drive much and have averaged about 6k miles per year over the last decade.  As a Mercedes Benz Club of America member since the 1990s, I've owned many Mercedes and currently own a 2015 E350 wagon in addition to this sedan.  We recently added a convertible to the household and this car is really just not getting used, so I think it is time to part ways, though I won't be surprised if I later come to regret this decision.

2011 was the final model year for manual transmission equipped sedans in the USA and they are never coming back, so this is a truly rare opportunity for a car you are sure to enjoy.

PS:  As an incredible bonus, you are going to receive -- free of charge -- tons of music stored on the radio.  Most people probably didn't take advantage of this, but the NAV radio head units of these cars have a built in hard disc and you can literally record/store your CDs onto the built in drive, called the Music Register.  You can even record while you are playing a disc.  It's a really cool feature I will also miss.  I mean, why wear down the battery on your iPhone connecting through Bluetooth (which you can also do) and pay for music through iTunes when you can go to your public library and check out CDs for free, record them, return them, and now they are yours forever in the car?
