The older these cars become the more attractive they look. I remember 10+ years ago thinking I’d never consider one but it’s aged so well. I have to admit they were always fun to drive after getting the opportunity to take a friends SLK230 for a week back when they were brand new.
The last MB with orange needles on the cluster and window switches on the center console. There's so much value to be had in the analog era for which this was the last one imo

Huge plus that this is the first year for the double-row timing chain. The single-row was the achilles heel for the earlier R107s and the condition of this one is impressive considering it's actually original.
