This AMG sedan is protected by a transferrable five-year, 100,000-mile “bumper-to-bumper” warranty underwritten by Carmax protecting the vehicle through the earlier of either May 2026 or 100,000 miles. This warranty covers all components and systems on the entire vehicle except for consumables and interior trim wear & tear. A $50 deductible applies to the warranty when serviced at a Mercedes-Benz dealer or other dealer/independent mechanic, or a $0 deductible applies when the car is dropped for service at a Carmax location and subsequently transferred to Mercedes-Benz for repair.
Service indicated on the attached Carfax shows regular dealer service history and linear mileage updates throughout the life of the vehicle. In 2009, “very minor damage” was reported to have occurred to the rear bumper of the car one week after its initial purchase date and when the vehicle had less than 100 miles. When the S65 was subsequently offered as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle at the original selling dealership - Mercedes-Benz of Fort Lauderdale – a TrueFrame 360 Report was ordered which confirmed “Very Minor Cosmetic Repairs” only. A copy of the TrueFrame 360 report and the TrueFrame Certificate of Integrity certifying “Very Minor Cosmetic Repairs” only is viewable in the gallery below along with a recent Autocheck report and recent Carfax report.

It's finally here. You’ve repeatedly talked, joked, even threatened - about how a W221 S65 AMG BiTurbo V12 would be the perfect aging AMG acquisition (given the depreciation curve) but the potential repair bill nightmares have kept you far enough away that you were afraid to pull the trigger. Well, fear no more. The S65, epitomizing the height of luxury, technological capability, and performance, excelled in every single competitive class while also providing a seamlessly beautiful package to deliver the deceptive device. This vehicle exceeded the expectations of not only cultivated car buyers, but also critics of the time. With 735 lb-ft of gravity-bending torque, night vision, distronic radar cruise and AMG-exclusive diamond-stitched premium nappa leather on every surface, this ultra-flagship model of the big-body Benz was a highlight that still demands top attention (and dollars) from collectors who understand that market depreciation does not necessarily equal devaluation. And all of it covered in a bumper-to-bumper warranty for 5 years and 100k miles of inspired, AMG driving bliss. Examples like this don’t come along too often and, with a warranty, they just don’t come along at all. To clarify, this is a 5 year, transferrable, bumper to bumper warranty that covers all items except consumables or interior trim wear. This one will not be repeated so act now or forever clutch your pearls.
