This 1996 Mercedes-Benz E50 AMG was originally sold new in Japan and shows the Japanese Market as the origin of order on the datacard. The car was imported into the United States in December 2020 by the selling dealer and titled in New Jersey in July 2022. Finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) over an Anthracite AMG Leather (581) interior, power comes from a 5.0L M119 engine which sends power to the rear wheels via a five-speed automatic transmission. No previous service records accompany this example but previous Japanese inspection records are shown and the car has received a thorough inspection by the selling dealer. This E50 AMG currently shows 63,161 Kilometers (~39k miles), and equipment includes halogen headlamps with washers, AMG bodywork, heated front and rear seats, a power rear sunshade, an OEM stereo remote, and automatic climate control. This W210 AMG is being offered with importation paperwork, manufacturer’s literature in Japanese, four keys, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New Jersey title.
Finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744), this E50 features an AMG styling package which includes sculpted front and rear bumpers, extended side skirts, factory rolled fenders, AMG badging, and dual chrome exhaust outlets. Other exterior features include halogen headlamps with washers, fog lights, and a sunroof with tilt function. As a Japanese market example, there are no amber corner lights on the front bumper strips and instead, a turn signal indicator light is located on each front fender. A decklid spoiler is mounted and a scuff is shown on the rear bumper. Detailed photos can be seen in the gallery.
Staggered 18” AMG wheels from a W211 E55 AMG are fitted with Continental tires measuring 235/40 and 265/35 from front to rear. Date codes display a 2019 manufacture year for the tires. The wheels some some light blemishes in the clear coat and the center caps are discolored.
The cabin is trimmed in Anthracite (581) AMG Leather on the seats, door cards, and AMG steering wheel. Exclusive Black Birdseye Maple wood grain trim adorns the center console, dashboard, doors, and shift knob. Interior features include an electric rear sunshade, a power sunroof with tilt function, heated and power front seats, heated rear seats, dual automatic climate control, power side mirrors, and an OEM remote for the factory stereo.
An AMG steering wheel is trimmed in Anthracite Leather and frames the AMG gauge cluster which displays a 280km speedometer and 7k-rpm tachometer along with auxiliary gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The center screen displays outside temperature and time with all working pixels in working order and no warning lights. The odometer now reads 63,161 Kilometers (~39k miles).
The AMG-tuned 5.0L M119 V8 engine was rated at 347 horsepower and 354 lb-ft of torque when new and was mated to a 722.6 automatic five-speed transmission which sends power to the rear wheels.
This W210 AMG is being offered with importation paperwork, manufacturer’s literature in Japanese, four keys, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New Jersey title.

This car never been flooded, and never been registered, driver literally 300 km, underside looks amazing, If you provide your email I’ll send you a bunch of pictures of underside, can’t post it here, because the MB doesn’t have this option cause 2 hrs left to the end
Nice car. Was it ever registered/driven in NJ? When was it last driven in Japan? How does the underside of the car look? Looks like brown dirt inside fuel filler door, was it ever in high water or flood?
Hi. What's up with the double floor mats? And any idea what scratched the center console so violently?
