This 1995 Mercedes-Benz E320 Cabriolet was sold new in Southern California in April 1996. The car is finished in Black (040) over Beige leather (265) and powered by a 3.2-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. Features include a power-retractable black soft top, dealer-optioned chrome eight-hole 15″ alloy wheels, headlight wipers, power-adjustable and heated front seats, cruise control, automatic climate control, and a period-correct Lorinser Steering wheel. This A124 now shows 40k miles and was acquired by the dealer earlier this year. Thorough history and maintenance records are included in the sale including documentation showing wiring harness and valve cover gasket replacement, plug replacement, various rubber bushings and mounts, and regular service. This E-class cabriolet is now offered with factory literature, a binder full of service receipts, an OEM wind deflector, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Georgia title.
The car is finished in Black (040) with matching bumpers and lower body cladding. Features include a black power-operated soft top, headlight wipers, power-adjustable side mirrors, and a power antenna. The black soft top features an electrically-heated glass rear window. All body panels are original and align evenly as supported by the clean Carfax report.
Factory optioned chrome 15″ eight-hole alloy wheels are mounted with brand new Michelin Premier A/S tires measuring 195/65 all around with 2021 date codes. The car is equipped with Acceleration Skid Control (ASR) as well as four-wheel disc brakes.
The seats are upholstered in Beige leather (265) with matching Beige carpets throughout featuring burl wood trim on the Lorinser steering wheel, shift knob, dashboard, center console, and door panels. The wood trim remains free from cracks or fading. Additional features include heated and power-adjustable front seats with memory functions, automatic climate control, cruise control, and an OEM wind deflector. The Aperta A124-specific wind deflector is currently stored in the trunk and will be included with the sale.
The airbag-equipped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a 7k-rpm tachometer with an inset analog clock, along with gauges for coolant temperature, fuel level, and oil pressure. The six-digit odometer now shows 40,660 miles and the original needles still show in factory orange.
The 3.2-liter M104 inline-six was factory rated at 217 horsepower and 229 lb-ft of torque when new and sends power to the rear wheels via a four-speed automatic transmission. Ample service records are included in the sale along with a binder tracking ownership history, maintenance, previous inspections, and general documentation. Notable services include valve cover gasket replacement and wiring harness replacement.
Included below are videos showing the power soft top operation, a walk around, and a driving video.

Good job on replacing the wiring harness. That's an instant red flag for the mid 90's.

@bwamp that’s exactly what that is. We also have a spare beige cover we’ll install to make sure it’s uniform. Thanks for asking.
